Abstract
【解決手段】 本熱交換器は、第1及び第2のヘッダ間で延び、別個の流路を形成する第1及び第2の組の流管を有するコアを含む。ヘッダの1つは、第1の組の流管と流体連通した第1の部分と、第2の組の流管と流体連通した収容/乾燥チャンバを形成する第2の部分とを含む。乾燥器は、収容/乾燥チャンバ内に設置される。

Claims (14)
- 第1及び第2の端部間で延びる第1の組の流管と、前記第1及び第2の端部間で延びる第2の組の流管とを有し、前記第1の組の流管が第1の流体流路を形成しまた前記第2の組の流管が第2の流体流路を形成するコアと、
前記コアの第1の端部に接続され、前記第1の組の流管及び第2の組の流管と流体連通した第1のヘッダと、
前記コアの第2の端部に接続され、前記第1の組の流管と流体連通した第1の部分と前記第2の組の流管と流体連通した収容/乾燥チャンバを形成する第2の部分とを含む第2のヘッダと、
前記収容/乾燥チャンバ内に設置された乾燥器と、を備えている、
ことを特徴とする車両用熱交換器。 - 前記第2のヘッダが、前記コアの頂部から底部まで延びる、
請求項1に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記収容/乾燥チャンバが、集合管によって形成される、
請求項2に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記第2のヘッダの第1の部分が、前記第1の組の流管と流体連通した収容チャンバを含む、
請求項3に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記収容チャンバが、前記集合管によって形成される、
請求項4に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記集合管がほぼ円筒形状である、
請求項5に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記第2のヘッダの収容/乾燥チャンバと該第2のヘッダの収容チャンバとが、前記集合管内部に設置されたセパレータによって分離される、
請求項5に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記セパレータが、前記集合管との間で実質的に流体密封の第1のシールを形成する第1の縁部と、前記集合管との間で実質的に流体密封の第2のシールを形成する第2の縁部とを含む、
請求項6に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記セパレータが、前記第1のシールと第2のシールとの間に設置された溝を含み、前記溝と集合管とが協働して漏れ検出チャンバを形成し、前記集合管が、該集合管を貫通して延びて前記漏れ検出チャンバと流体連通した漏れ検出穴を含む、
請求項8に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記第2のヘッダの第1の部分が、該第2のヘッダの集合管から延びるプレートによって少なくともその一部が形成されたチャンバを含む、
請求項3に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記プレートが、流れ方向とほぼ平行な平面に沿って取ったほぼ弓形断面を含む、
請求項10に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記第2のヘッダのプレート及び集合管が、単一の単体構造部品を含む、
請求項10に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記第1のヘッダが、一体型の流体冷却器及び流体凝縮器の第1の端部を形成し、前記第2のヘッダの第1の部分及び第2の部分が、前記一体型の流体冷却器及び流体凝縮器の第2の端部を形成し、前記第2のヘッダの第2の部分が、該第2のヘッダの第1の部分が前記コアから延びるのよりも大きい距離だけ該コアから延びる、
請求項2に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記少なくとも1つの第1の流管がオイル冷却器を含み、前記少なくとも1つの第2の流管が凝縮器を含む、
請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
