Abstract
【解決手段】 インピーダンス変換増幅器における出力電圧又は電流変換比を大幅に増大させる方法及び装置。広い意味では、本方法は、位相同期多重インピーダンス変換段を利用し、その各段は、好ましくは、最終的な出力電圧又は電流の等しい部分を与える。
Description
本出願は、2002年5月13日出願の米国特許仮出願一連番号第60/380,436号からの優先権を請求するものであり、その全内容は、本明細書において引用により組み込まれる。
本発明は、一般的に、インピーダンス変換増幅器に関するものであり、特に、この種の増幅器における出力電圧又は電流変換比を増大させるための技術に関する。
信号119が終わると、インダクタ102は、その蓄積した電荷をダイオード106を通じてコンデンサ108の中に放出する。このイベントサイクルの後に、スイッチング装置105は、「PWM変調器」109からの信号120の制御の下でインダクタ103を充電する。信号120が終わると、インダクタ103は、その蓄積した電荷をダイオード107を通じてコンデンサ108の中に放出する。代替的に、着信データ118を表すエネルギは、供給装置101の電圧でインダクタ102又は103のいずれかに蓄積され、別の電圧でコンデンサ108の中に放出されることが分る。

Claims (5)
- パルス幅変調器(PWM)によって制御されたゲートスイッチを通る入力信号に従ってエネルギが負荷に結合される種類のスイッチング増幅器における出力増幅比を増大させるための、電源に接続した回路であって、
各々が電源とゲートスイッチとの間に接続され、かつ、負荷に結合されたエネルギの一部分を与えるために「PMW」により位相同期ベースで制御された複数のインピーダンス変換段、
を含むことを特徴とする回路。 - 各インピーダンス変換段は、負荷に結合されたエネルギの等しい部分を与えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回路。
- 各インピーダンス変換段は、インダクタと直列に「PWM」制御式スイッチを含み、それによって負荷に対する電圧を増大させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回路。
- ゲートスイッチで負荷を駆動するインピーダンス変換増幅器における出力増幅比を増大させる方法であって、
電源とゲートスイッチとの間に接続された複数の位相同期インピーダンス変換段を設ける段階と、
前記変換段を各々が負荷に亘る電圧又は電流のそれぞれの部分を与えるように制御する段階と、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 各インピーダンス変換段は、負荷に亘る電圧又は電流の実質的に等しい部分を与えることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
