Claims (18)
- ヒトまたは動物の身体に使用する医用インプラント、補装具部分、補装具、医用器具、道具および補助手段の製造のための、ハロゲン化物による改質によって腐蝕性が変化されたマグネシウム材料の使用。
- 改質のために、フッ化物または塩化物、好ましくはフッ化物が使用されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の使用。
- フッ化物として、KBF4、Na3AlF6またはAlF3が用いられることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の使用。
- マグネシウム材料中のフッ化物の濃度が1〜15at%Fに、好ましくは1.5〜2.5at%Fに調整されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の使用。
- ハロゲン化物による改質が、拡散合金化または溶融合金化によってなされることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1に記載の使用。
- ハロゲン化物で改質されたマグネシウム材料が、ワークピースの金属表面に被覆され、特に、蒸着によって、あるいは金属溶射技術または焼成技術によって、予め製造されたインプラント、補装具および医用道具に被覆されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1に記載の使用。
- 前記マグネシウム材料が、純マグネシウムであるか、あるいはリチウムおよび/またはカルシウムおよび/またはアルミニウムおよび/または希土類成分を含むマグネシウム合金であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1に記載の使用。
- 前記マグネシウム材料が、0〜7mas%の含量のリチウム、0〜16mas%の含量のアルミニウム、0〜5mas%の含量のカルシウムおよび0〜8mas%の含量の希土類好ましくはセリウムおよび/またはネオジムおよび/またはプラセオジム並びに0〜7mas%の含量のイットリウムを含み、少なくとも0.1at%の少なくとも1つの合金成分が含まれていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の使用。
- フッ化物で改質されたマグネシウム基材が、LAE442(MgLi4A14SE2mas%)、MgY4SE3Li2.4mas%、MgLi12at%、MgLi40at%、MgCa30at%、AZ31またはAZ91であることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1に記載の使用。
- ハロゲン化物で改質されたマグネシウム材料を少なくとも部分的に含む医用インプラント。
- 前記マグネシウム材料が、ハロゲン化物で改質された純マグネシウムであるか、あるいはリチウムおよび/またはカルシウムおよび/またはアルミニウムおよび/または希土類成分を含む、ハロゲン化物で改質されたマグネシウム合金であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の医用のインプラント。
- 前記マグネシウム材料が、15at%までの、好ましくは1.5〜2.5at%のハロゲン化物、好ましくはフッ化物を含むことを特徴とする請求項10または11に記載の医用のインプラント。
- ハロゲン化物で改質されたマグネシウム材料を少なくとも部分的に含む補装具または補装具部分。
- 前記マグネシウム材料が、ハロゲン化物で改質された純マグネシウムであるか、あるいはリチウムおよび/またはカルシウムおよび/またはアルミニウムおよび/または希土類成分を含む、ハロゲン化物で改質されたマグネシウム合金であることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の補装具または補装具部分。
- 前記マグネシウム材料が、15at%までの、好ましくは1.5〜2.5at%のハロゲン化物、好ましくはフッ化物を含むことを特徴とする請求項13または14に記載の補装具または補装具部分。
- ハロゲン化物で改質されたマグネシウム材料を少なくとも部分的に含む医用器具、道具または補助手段。
- 前記マグネシウム材料が、ハロゲン化物で改質された純マグネシウムであるか、あるいはリチウムおよび/またはカルシウムおよび/またはアルミニウムおよび/または希土類成分を含む、ハロゲン化物で改質されたマグネシウム合金であることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の医用の器具、道具または補助手段。
- 前記マグネシウム材料が、15at%までのハロゲン化物、好ましくは1.5〜2.5at%のハロゲン化物、好ましくはフッ化物を含むことを特徴とする請求項16または17に記載の医用の器具、道具または補助手段。
