Abstract
Description
例えば、ステッチ領域が9個の列と10個の行の単位ステッチ領域からなる場合、第1列には、Aショット単位ステッチ領域9個とBショット単位ステッチ領域1個を配列し、第2列には、Aショット単位ステッチ領域8個とBショット単位ステッチ領域2個を配列し、第3列には、Aショット単位ステッチ領域7個とBショット単位ステッチ領域3個を配列する、という形式にする。この時、Aショット単位ステッチ領域とBショット単位ステッチ領域の配置は、可能であれば同じショットの単位ステッチ領域が集まらないようにするのが好ましい。同じショットの単位ステッチ領域が集まれば、巨視的に見た場合に表示染みが発生する恐れがあるからである。
このように、横方向に沿ってAショットの単位ステッチ領域の数は徐々に減少させ、Bショットの単位ステッチ領域の数は徐々に増加させる。
Claims (4)
- アクティブ領域を、互いに隣接した第1ショット及び第2ショットを含む複数のショットに分割露光する液晶表示装置の製造方法において、
前記第1ショットと前記第2ショットとの境界部分に前記第1ショット及び前記第2ショットが重なるステッチ領域を設け、前記ステッチ領域内において、前記第1ショットから前記第2ショットに向かう方向に沿って前記第1ショットの領域を徐々に減少させ、前記第2ショットの領域を徐々に増加させ、前記第1ショットの領域減少及び前記第2ショットの領域増加は、一つの画素領域を二つ以上に分割して形成された単位ステッチ領域を単位として構成される液晶表示装置の製造方法。 - 前記画素領域にはドメイン分割手段が形成され、一つの前記画素領域内に含まれる前記単位ステッチ領域間の境界には前記ドメイン分割手段が位置する、請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置の製造方法。
- 前記画素領域は、隣接した二つのゲート線とデータ線とが交差して定義する領域であり、前記単位ステッチ領域は、前記画素領域を前記ゲート線と平行した分割線に沿って分割した領域と定義する、請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置の製造方法。
- 前記画素領域は、隣接した二つのゲート線とデータ線とが交差して定義する領域であり、前記単位ステッチ領域は、前記画素領域を前記データ線と平行した分割線に沿って分割した領域と定義する、請求項1又は3に記載の液晶表示装置の製造方法。
