Abstract
【解決手段】2枚のチューブ形成用プレートを互いに接合して形成されるチューブと、該チューブを積層しチューブ長手方向の少なくとも一端にタンク部が形成されるコア部と、該コア部の最外層のチューブ形成用プレートに接合されるエンドプレートとを有する積層型熱交換器において、前記最外層のチューブ形成用プレートの長手方向の少なくとも一端部に前記タンク部の一部を形成する凸部を設け、該凸部にバール部を形成するとともに、前記エンドプレートにバール部と係合する係合機能と、前記バール部の開口部を封止する封止機能とを一体的に設けたことを特徴とする積層型熱交換器。

Description
図1ないし図7は、本発明の第1実施態様に係る積層型熱交換器を示している。図において、1は積層型熱交換器を示している。積層型熱交換器1はチューブ2とアウターフィン3とが交互に積層されたコア部4を有しており、コア部4の積層方向の一端には、熱交換器内への熱交換媒体(たとえば、冷媒)の導入出通路が形成されたサイドタンク5が接続されている。サイドタンク5には、熱交換媒体の入口パイプ部6と出口パイプ部7とが形成されたフランジ8が接合されている。一方、コア部4の積層方向の他端には後述のようなエンドプレート9が接合されている。

Claims (6)
- 2枚のチューブ形成用プレートを互いに接合して形成されるチューブと、該チューブを積層しチューブ長手方向の少なくとも一端にタンク部が形成されるコア部と、該コア部の最外層のチューブ形成用プレートに接合されるエンドプレートとを有する積層型熱交換器において、前記最外層のチューブ形成用プレートの長手方向の少なくとも一端部に前記タンク部の一部を形成する凸部を設け、該凸部にバール部を形成するとともに、前記エンドプレートにバール部と係合する係合機能と、前記バール部の開口部を封止する封止機能とを一体的に設けたことを特徴とする積層型熱交換器。
- 前記係合機能がバール部が係合される孔部からなる、請求項1の積層型熱交換器。
- 前記封止機能がバール部の開口を閉塞する蓋体からなる、請求項1または2の積層型熱交換器。
- 前記蓋体がエンドプレートに一体に形成されている、請求項3の積層型熱交換器。
- 前記蓋体が、最外層のチューブ形成用プレートの長手方向の端部に延設された折り返し部からなる、請求項4の積層型熱交換器。
- 前記蓋体に反チューブ側に膨らむ膨出部が形成されており、該膨出部とエンドプレートのアウターフィン接合部の外面とが略面一に形成されている、請求項3ないし5のいずれかに記載の積層型熱交換器。
