Abstract
【解決手段】 圧縮機Cは、内部に圧縮空間が構成されるシリンダ8から構成された圧縮要素3と、シリンダ内の圧縮空間に連通する吸込ポート及び吐出ポートと、連続する肉厚部31と肉薄部32を有して一面が傾斜すると共に、シリンダ内に配置されて回転し、吸込ポートから吸い込まれた流体を圧縮して吐出ポートより吐出する圧縮部材9と、吸込ポートと吐出ポート間に配置されて圧縮部材の一面に当接し、シリンダ内の圧縮空間を低圧室と高圧室とに区画するベーン11とを備える。

Claims (9)
- 内部に圧縮空間が構成されるシリンダから構成された圧縮要素と、
前記シリンダ内の圧縮空間に連通する吸込ポート及び吐出ポートと、
連続する肉厚部と肉薄部を有して一面が傾斜すると共に、前記シリンダ内に配置されて回転し、前記吸込ポートから吸い込まれた流体を圧縮して前記吐出ポートより吐出する圧縮部材と、
前記吸込ポートと吐出ポート間に配置されて前記圧縮部材の一面に当接し、前記シリンダ内の圧縮空間を低圧室と高圧室とに区画するベーンとを備えたことを特徴とする圧縮機。 - 駆動要素と、該駆動要素の回転力を前記圧縮部材に伝達するための回転軸とを備え、
前記圧縮要素と駆動要素は密閉容器内に配置され、前記吸込ポートは前記密閉容器に取り付けられた吸込配管に接続されると共に、前記吐出ポートは前記密閉容器内に連通し、該密閉容器には吐出配管が接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1の圧縮機。 - 前記圧縮要素は、前記回転軸の主軸受を有して前記シリンダの開口を閉塞する支持部材を備えると共に、前記シリンダは、前記支持部材とは反対側に位置する前記回転軸の副軸受を有することを特徴とする請求項2の圧縮機。
- 前記ベーンは、前記支持部材に形成されたスロットに往復動自在に配設されると共に、該支持部材には、前記ベーンを前記圧縮部材の一面側に常時付勢する付勢手段が設けられることを特徴とする請求項3の圧縮機。
- 前記圧縮部材は前記回転軸に一体に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2乃至請求項4の圧縮機。
- 前記圧縮部材の他面には、前記肉厚部に位置して凹陥部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項5の圧縮機。
- 前記圧縮部材の他面は、その周辺部が一面側に近付くよう傾斜されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項5の圧縮機。
- 前記圧縮部材他面の傾斜は、前記肉厚部において急峻となることを特徴とする請求項7の圧縮機。
- 前記圧縮部材には、当該圧縮部材の側面周囲と前記シリンダとの隙間をシールするピストンリングが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項8の圧縮機。
