Abstract
【解決手段】フラックスの組成は,TiO2換算値としてTi及びTi酸化物1.00〜5.00%,SiO2換算値としてSi及びSi酸化物1.00〜4.00%,MgO換算値としてMg及びMg酸化物0.10〜1.50%,Al2O3換算値としてAl及びAl酸化物0.20〜1.50%,ZrO2換算値としてZr及びZr酸化物0.10〜1.00%,Mn1.00〜3.50%,Ni0.50〜1.50%を含み;
Mgo,Al2O3,ZrO2高融点酸化物の和が1.00〜4.00%で,残部Total FeとC,P,S,K2O,Na2O,Na2O3,NaF等の微量元素及び不可避な不純物から組成され;
フラックス成分のうち,Mn及びNiの和をQ1,TiO2,SiO2,Al2O3,ZrO2及びMgOの和をQ2とするとき,Q1/Q2の比が0.20〜1.00の範囲を満たす組成である。

Description
軟鋼または合金鋼製外皮にメタル系フラックスを充填して製造されるメタル系フラックス入りワイヤにおいて,
上記フラックスの組成はワイヤ全体重量を基準に,
TiO2換算値としてTi及びTi酸化物1.00〜5.00%,SiO2換算値としてSi及びSi酸化物1.00〜4.00%,MgO換算値としてMg及びMg酸化物0.10〜1.50%,Al2O3換算値としてAl及びAl酸化物0.20〜1.50%,ZrO2換算値としてZr及びZr酸化物0.10〜1.00%,Mn1.00〜3.50%,Ni0.50〜1.50%を含み;
上記MgO,Al2O3,ZrO2高融点酸化物の和が1.00〜4.00%で,残部Total FeとC,P,S,K2O,Na2O,Na2O3,NaF等の微量元素及び不可避な不純物から組成され;そして
上記フラックス成分のうち,Mn及びNiの和をQ1,TiO2,SiO2,Al2O3,ZrO2及びMgOの和をQ2とするとき,Q1/Q2の比が0.20〜1.00の範囲を満たす組成から成り,溶接性が優れた高張力鋼用メタル系フラックス入りワイヤが提供される。
*上記表中,1)の合金成分及びT-Feは,金属外皮の成分を含んだフラックス中のFe及び合金粉末の和で,
2)のその他成分は,C,P,S,K20,Na2O,Na2O3,NaF等の微量元素及び不可避な不純物を意味し,
3)の式でQ1はMn及びNiの和を,そしてQ2はTiO2,SiO2,Al2O3,ZrO2及びMgOの和を意味する。
Claims (1)
- 軟鋼または合金鋼製外皮にメタル系フラックスを充填して製造されるメタル系フラックス入りワイヤにおいて,
上記フラックスの組成はワイヤ全体重量を基準に,
TiO2換算値としてTi及びTi酸化物1.00〜5.00%,SiO2換算値としてSi及びSi酸化物1.00〜4.00%,MgO換算値としてMg及びMg酸化物0.10〜1.50%,Al2O3換算値としてAl及びAl酸化物0.20〜1.50%,ZrO2換算値としてZr及びZr酸化物0.10〜1.00%,Mn1.00〜3.50%,Ni0.50〜1.50%を含み;
上記MgO,Al2O3,ZrO2高融点酸化物の和が1.00〜4.00%で,残部Total FeとC,P,S,K2O,Na2O,Na2O3,NaF等の微量元素及び不可避な不純物から組成され;そして
上記フラックス成分のうち,Mn及びNiの和をQ1,TiO2,SiO2,Al2O3,ZrO2及びMgOの和をQ2とするとき,Q1/Q2の比が0.20〜1.00の範囲を満たすように組成された,
溶接性が優れた高張力鋼用メタル系フラックス入りワイヤ。
