Abstract
【解決手段】 リフレクタ16は、光源14を覆う湾曲部分30と、湾曲部分30の両側に延びる一対の端部部分32とを有し、端部部分32の内面は複数のほぼ平行な突起又は凹部34を有する構成とする。導光板は、入射面と該入射面に対してほぼ垂直な出射面とを有し、該入射面が該出射面とほぼ平行に延びる複数の突起又は凹部を有する。

- 入射面と、該入射面に対してほぼ垂直な出射面とを有し、該入射面が該出射面とほぼ平行に延びる複数の突起又は凹部を有することを特徴とする導光板。
- 入射面と、該入射面に対してほぼ垂直な出射面及び反射面とを有し、該反射面は突起を有することを特徴とする導光板。
- 側部光源と、導光板およびプリズム・シートを具える面光源装置であって、
前記側部光源は前記導光板における互いに対向する2つの側面のうちの一方の側面に配置され、前記導光板と前記プリズム・シートは互いに重ねて配置されており、
前記プリズム・シートは、前記導光板側に複数のプリズム部を含み、中央の領域に比べて前記側部光源から所定の距離までの範囲の領域において単位面積当たりの斜面の面積の割合が減少するよう構成されていることを特徴とする、
