Abstract
噛合いクラッチの数を増やすことなく、エンジンを切り離し可能で廉価な自動車用アクティブ変速制御システムを提供する。
【解決手段】
アクティブシフト変速機において、エンジンに接続された変速機入力軸と、変速機出力軸の間に第一,第二の中間軸を設け、該中間軸と入力軸および該中間軸と出力軸の間に変速ギアを配置して、二組の変速ギア比の積で変速比が決まるようにする。さらに両中間軸間に差動装置を接続し、該差動装置の第三軸に電動機を接続して、エンジントルクを一時的にモータに担持させることでアクティブ変速を行う。入力軸の変速ギアを解放すれば、エンジンを切り離して回生制動時のエンジン連れ回し損失を無くすことができる。

Description
54,変速ギア55,変速ギア56,変速ギア57,変速ギア58,変速ギア59が回転自在に取り付けられている。これらの変速ギアには噛合いクラッチ60,61,62が付いており、いずれかの変速ギアを第二中間軸53に結合するようになっている。
G41,G31の組み合わせによる1.2 速になるが、ダウンシフトして駆動力を増した後は加速してアップシフトするので、そのときは図10のプロセスにより1.4 速経由で2.1速になり、さらに2.6速経由で3速になる。その後は図3のプロセスに戻ればよい。
N1=G21×No (式1)
N2=Ne/G42=G11×G21/G42×No (式2)
図4の数値を入れて計算すると(N1−N2)=−0.277×No は負の値である。ここでG11は変速ギア40のギア比、G21は変速ギア42のギア比、G42は変速ギア55のギア比、Neはエンジン1の回転数、Noは出力軸3の回転数、N1は第一中間軸39の回転数である。
63を動作させて変速ギア40(G11)を解放する。トルク0の状態であるから容易に解放でき、変速機の動作には何の変化も生じない。変速ギア40(G11)が解放されるとエンジン回転数は変化できるようになる。
41(G12)の回転数がN1まで下がる。このとき
N2′=Ne/G42=G12×G21/G42×No (式3)
G12は変速ギア41のギア比である。
(式1),(式3)から求めた(N1−N2′)=0.181×No は正の値であるので、モータは途中で回転方向を反転させて、変速ギア41(G12)の回転数をN1まで変化させるのである。
(G12)の噛み合いクラッチ46を締結する。同期状態であるから容易に締結でき、変速機の動作には何の変化も生じない。
0.5,1.5,2.5,3.5,4.5,5.5速はアシストモードである。後退の場合も同様である。
G12とG42を等しくするので、L1=L4となる。
1.5速すれば良いことが図16から明らかである。
11から図14の説明がそのまま適用できる。

- エンジンに接続された入力軸と、
該入力軸に設けられた入力ギア列と、
第1の中間軸と、
該第1の中間軸と締結/解放可能で前記入力ギア列に噛合う第1の変速ギア列と、
第2の中間軸と、
該第2の中間軸と締結/解放可能で前記入力ギア列に噛合う第2の変速ギア列と、
前記第1の中間軸に設けられ該第1の中間軸と締結/解放可能な第3の変速ギア列と、
前記第2の中間軸に設けられ該第2の中間軸と締結/解放可能な第4の変速ギア列と、
前記第3の変速ギア列および前記第4の変速ギア列に噛合う従動ギア列と、
該従動ギア列に共通的に接続された出力軸と、
前記第1の中間軸と前記第2の中間軸とに接続された差動装置と、
該差動装置の第3軸に接続され前記第1第2の中間軸に相対的にトルクを印加するモータと、を有する変速機。 - エンジンに接続された入力軸と、
該入力軸に設けられた入力ギア列と、
第1の中間軸と、
該第1の中間軸と締結/解放可能で前記入力ギア列に噛合う第1の変速ギア列と、
第2の中間軸と、
該第2の中間軸と締結/解放可能で前記入力ギア列に噛合う第2の変速ギア列と、
前記第1の中間軸に設けられ該第1の中間軸と締結/解放可能な第3の変速ギア列と、
前記第2の中間軸に設けられ該第2の中間軸と締結/解放可能な第4の変速ギア列と、
前記第3の変速ギア列および前記第4の変速ギア列に噛合う従動ギア列と、
該従動ギア列に共通的に接続された出力軸と、
前記第1の中間軸と前記第2の中間軸とに接続された差動装置と、
該差動装置の第3軸に接続され前記第1第2の中間軸に相対的にトルクを印加するモータと、を有する変速機の制御装置であって、
前記第1の変速ギア列の中の第1の変速ギアを締結し、前記第3の変速ギア列の中の第1の変速ギアを締結して駆動中に、前記第2の変速ギア列の中の第1の変速ギアを締結し、
前記モータのトルクを増加することにより、前記第1の変速ギア列の中の第1の変速ギアの伝達トルクを前記第2の変速ギア列の中の第1の変速ギアに移し替え、前記第1の変速ギア列の中の第1の変速ギアの伝達トルクがほぼ0になったところで、該第1の変速ギアを解放し、
前記モータにより出力軸トルクを保持しながら、第1の中間軸回転数を前記第1の変速ギア列の中の第2の変速ギアの回転数に漸近させ、前記第1の中間軸と前記第1の変速ギア列の中の第2の変速ギアの回転数が同期したところで、該第1の変速ギア列の中の第2の変速ギアを締結すると共に、前記モータの発生トルクを0にして前記第2の変速ギア列の中の第1の変速ギアを解放する変速機の制御装置。 - エンジンに接続された入力軸と、
該入力軸に設けられた入力ギア列と、
第1の中間軸と、
該第1の中間軸と締結/解放可能で前記入力ギア列に噛合う第1の変速ギア列と、
第2の中間軸と、
該第2の中間軸と締結/解放可能で前記入力ギア列に噛合う第2の変速ギア列と、
前記第1の中間軸に設けられ該第1の中間軸と締結/解放可能な第3の変速ギア列と、
前記第2の中間軸に設けられ該第2の中間軸と締結/解放可能な第4の変速ギア列と、
前記第3の変速ギア列および前記第4の変速ギア列に噛合う従動ギア列と、
該従動ギア列に共通的に接続された出力軸と、
前記第1の中間軸と前記第2の中間軸とに接続された差動装置と、
該差動装置の第3軸に接続され前記第1第2の中間軸に相対的にトルクを印加するモータと、を有する変速機の制御装置であって、
前記第1の変速ギア列の中の第1の変速ギアを締結し、前記第3の変速ギア列の中の第1の変速ギアを締結して駆動中に、前記第4の変速ギア列の中の第1の変速ギアを締結し、
前記モータのトルクを増加することにより、前記第3の変速ギア列の中の第1の変速ギアの伝達トルクを前記第4の変速ギア列の中の第1の変速ギアに移し替え、前記第3の変速ギア列の中の第1の変速ギアの伝達トルクがほぼ0になったところで、該第1の変速ギアを解放し、
前記モータにより出力軸トルクを保持しながら、第1の中間軸回転数を前記第3の変速ギア列の中の第2の変速ギアの回転数に漸近させ、前記第1の中間軸と前記第3の変速ギア列の中の第2の変速ギアの回転数が同期したところで、該第3の変速ギア列の中の第2の変速ギアを締結すると共に、前記モータの発生トルクを0にして前記第4の変速ギア列の中の第1の変速ギアを解放する変速機の制御装置。 - エンジンと、
前記エンジンに設けられた電子制御スロットル弁と、
前記スロットル弁を制御するエンジン制御装置と、
前記エンジンに接続された入力軸と、該入力軸に設けられた入力ギア列と、第1の中間軸と、該第1の中間軸と締結/解放可能で前記入力ギア列に噛合う第1の変速ギア列と、第2の中間軸と、該第2の中間軸と締結/解放可能で前記入力ギア列に噛合う第2の変速ギア列と、前記第1の中間軸に設けられ該第1の中間軸と締結/解放可能な第3の変速ギア列と、前記第2の中間軸に設けられ該第2の中間軸と締結/解放可能な第4の変速ギア列と、前記第3の変速ギア列および前記第4の変速ギア列に噛合う従動ギア列と、該従動ギア列に共通的に接続された出力軸と、前記第1の中間軸と前記第2の中間軸とに接続された差動装置と、該差動装置の第3軸に接続され前記第1第2の中間軸に相対的にトルクを印加するモータと、を有する変速機と、
前記モータを制御するモータ制御装置とを有し、
前記モータ制御装置は、前記エンジン出力を次段ギアに移行させるように前記モータのトルクと回転数を制御して変速させる自動車。 - エンジンに接続された入力軸と、
該入力軸に設けられた2つの入力ギア列と、
前記2つの入力ギア列にそれぞれ噛み合う2つの第1の変速ギア列と、
前記第1の変速ギア列の個々のギア列に対して選択的に締結可能であり、かつすべての前記第1の変速ギア列に対して解放可能な第1の中間軸と、
前記2つの入力ギア列にそれぞれ噛み合い、前記第1の変速ギア列とは異なる2つの第2の変速ギア列と、
前記第2の変速ギア列の個々のギア列に対して選択的に締結可能であり、かつすべての前記第2の変速ギア列に対して解放可能な第2の中間軸と、
前記第1の中間軸に対して選択的に締結可能であり、かつ前記第1の中間軸に対して解放可能な2つの第3の変速ギア列と、
前記第2の中間軸に対して選択的に締結可能であり、かつ前記第2の中間軸に対して解放可能な2つの第4の変速ギア列と、
前記第2の変速ギア列と前記第4の変速ギア列に共通して噛み合う出力ギア列を備えた出力軸と、
前記第1の変速ギア列と前記第3の変速ギア列の間の前記第1の中間軸、および前記第2の変速ギア列と前記第4の変速ギア列の間の前記第2の中間軸に接続された差動装置と、
該差動装置の第3軸に接続され前記第1の中間軸及び前記第2の中間軸に相対的にトルクを印加するモータと、を有する変速機。 - エンジンに接続された入力軸と、
該入力軸に設けられた2つの入力ギア列と、
前記2つの入力ギア列にそれぞれ噛み合う2つの第1の変速ギア列と、
前記第1の変速ギア列の個々のギア列に対して選択的に締結可能であり、かつすべての前記第1の変速ギア列に対して解放可能な第1の中間軸と、
前記2つの入力ギア列にそれぞれ噛み合い、前記第1の変速ギア列とは異なる2つの第2の変速ギア列と、
前記第2の変速ギア列の個々のギア列に対して選択的に締結可能であり、かつすべての前記第2の変速ギア列に対して解放可能な第2の中間軸と、
前記第1の中間軸に対して選択的に締結可能であり、かつ前記第1の中間軸に対して解放可能な2つの第3の変速ギア列と、
前記第2の中間軸に対して選択的に締結可能であり、かつ前記第2の中間軸に対して解放可能な2つの第4の変速ギア列と、
前記第2の変速ギア列と前記第4の変速ギア列に共通して噛み合う出力ギア列を備えた出力軸と、
前記第1の変速ギア列と前記第3の変速ギア列の間の前記第1の中間軸、および前記第2の変速ギア列と前記第4の変速ギア列の間の前記第2の中間軸に接続された差動装置と、
該差動装置の第3軸に接続され前記第1の中間軸及び前記第2の中間軸に相対的にトルクを印加するモータと、を有する変速機の制御装置であって、
前記出力軸のトルクにより前記モータで回生を行う際に、前記第1の変速ギア列と前記第1の中間軸を解放し、かつ前記第2の変速ギア列と前記第2の中間軸を解放する変速機の制御装置。
