Abstract
【解決手段】電圧調整回路が検知しようとする電流を導通させる電流検知端子を有する電流検知回路を含んでいる。電流検知端子と電圧基準端子の間の電圧差は、電流検知回路によって検知しようとする電流が第1の電流検知しきい値と実質的に等しい場合に実質的に一定となる。この電圧調整回路はさらに、第2の電流検知しきい値を提供するように電流検知端子と電圧基準端子の間に接続した第1のインピーダンスを含む。この第2の電流検知しきい値は、第1の電流検知しきい値と、第1のインピーダンスを通って流れる電流との和に等しい。この電圧調整回路はさらに、電流検知端子と入力端子の間に接続させた第2のインピーダンスを含んでいる。この入力端子は、電流検知端子における電圧と比べて第2のインピーダンスと第2の電流しきい値との積に相当する量だけ異なっているような、電圧基準端子に対する電圧しきい値を有している。

Claims (16)
- 検知しようとする電流を導通させている電流検知端子を含んだ電流検知回路であって、該電流検知回路によって検知しようとする電流が第1の電流検知しきい値と実質的に等しい場合に前記電流検知端子と電圧基準端子の間の電圧差は実質的に一定であるような電流検知回路と、
第2の電流検知しきい値を提供するために前記電流検知端子と前記電圧基準端子の間に接続した第1のインピーダンスであって、該第2の電流検知しきい値は前記第1の電流検知しきい値と該第1のインピーダンスを通って流れる電流との和に等しいような第1のインピーダンスと、
前記電流検知端子と電圧調整回路の入力端子の間に接続した第2のインピーダンスであって、該入力端子は、該第2のインピーダンスと該第2の電流しきい値との積にあたる量だけ前記電流検知端子の電圧と異なっているような前記電圧基準端子に対する電圧しきい値を有している第2のインピーダンスと、
を備える電圧調整回路。 - 前記第1のインピーダンスが第1の抵抗器を含む請求項1に記載の電圧調整回路。
- 前記第2のインピーダンスが第2の抵抗器を含む請求項1に記載の電圧調整回路。
- 前記第2のインピーダンスがコンデンサと並列に接続した第2の抵抗器を含む請求項1に記載の電圧調整回路。
- 前記電流検知回路は、前記入力端子の電圧が前記電圧しきい値を上回っているときは第1の状態にあり、また前記入力端子の電圧が前記電圧しきい値を下回っているときは第2の状態にあるようなディジタル出力を含む請求項1に記載の電圧調整回路。
- 前記電流検知回路は、前記入力端子の電圧が前記電圧しきい値に対して上限ヒステリシス・オフセット電圧を超える電圧だけ上回っているときは第1の状態にあり、また前記入力端子の電圧が前記電圧しきい値に対して下限ヒステリシス・オフセット電圧を超える電圧だけ下回っているときは第2の状態にあるようなディジタル出力を含む請求項1に記載の電圧調整回路。
- 前記入力端子の電圧が電圧調整回路によって調整しようとする電圧を表している請求項1に記載の電圧調整回路。
- 電源回路内に含まれている請求項7に記載の電圧調整回路。
- 調整しようとする前記電圧が前記電源回路の少なくとも1つの出力から導出されている請求項8に記載の電圧調整回路。
- 前記電源がAC/DC電源である請求項8に記載の電圧調整回路。
- 前記電源がDC/DC電源である請求項8に記載の電圧調整回路。
- 前記電源が独立式電源である請求項8に記載の電圧調整回路。
- 前記電源が非独立式電源である請求項8に記載の電圧調整回路。
- 前記電流検知端子と電圧基準端子が集積回路の端子である請求項1に記載の電圧調整回路。
- 前記集積回路がさらにパワー・トランジスタを含む請求項14に記載の電圧調整回路。
- 前記集積回路がモノリシック集積回路である請求項14に記載の電圧調整回路。
