Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a radar receiver, and more particularly to a DBF radar receiver used for a DBF radar apparatus that can form a beam in an arbitrary direction.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art There is known a DBF (Digital Beam Forming) radar device that forms a beam in an arbitrary direction, receives a reflected signal from a target, and detects a target from the reception result (for example, see Patent Document 1). However, in practice, it is difficult to sufficiently suppress clutter by applying only the MTI to the radar receiver. That is, clutter from a fixed target also has a spread in the frequency spectrum, and its amplitude and phase are constantly fluctuating, so that clutter disappears. In addition, the stability of the amplitude characteristics and phase characteristics of the high-frequency system constituting the radar device, the transmission timing, and the like also affect the clutter suppression performance of the MTI. Furthermore, when strong clutter exists in the side lobe direction of the antenna, the clutter cannot be satisfactorily suppressed by MTI because the phase of the received clutter is unstable.
[0009]
As an example of coping with the influence of clutter from the side lobe direction, when it is determined that the reflected wave is incident from the side lobe direction, display of a recognized target is prohibited, that is, so-called SLB (Side Love Blanking). (See, for example, Patent Document 2). However, when the remaining clutter passes through the

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, in the conventional radar receiving apparatus used for the DBF radar apparatus, clutter remains in the MTI alone for reflected signals from both the main lobe direction and the side lobe direction of the antenna, and the clutter is not necessarily eliminated. Good clutter suppression was not obtained. For this reason, erroneous detection of the target has increased, and the visibility of the video has deteriorated. Further, when the SLB is applied to the clutter suppression from the side lobe direction, the monitoring area is limited, which affects the operation of the apparatus.
[0014]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and suppresses clutter without affecting the operation of the apparatus, reduces false detection of a target, and has a DBF radar having good video visibility. An object is to provide a receiving device.
