Abstract
Description
【0001】

[0007]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In view of the above, it is an object of the present invention to reduce an air temperature difference between a plurality of outlet passages in a vehicle air conditioner that opens and closes an opening branched to a plurality of outlet passages with a butterfly door.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
To achieve the above object, according to the first aspect of the present invention, an opening (22) through which cool air and hot air flow, a door means (24) for opening and closing the opening (22), and an opening (22) A main outlet passage (23b) communicating with the downstream side of the main outlet passage, and a sub-outlet passage (26) communicating with the downstream side of the opening (22) and having a smaller air flow than the main outlet passage (23b),
The door means is constituted by a butterfly door (24) that rotates about a rotation axis (24b) arranged at the center in the door width direction,
When the opening (22) is opened by the butterfly door (24), a passage arrangement in which cool air mainly flows toward one surface side of the butterfly door (24) and warm air mainly flows toward the other surface side of the butterfly door (24). Has become
By arranging a ventilation resistance member (27) for restricting the air flow in a portion of the opening (22) on the side of the sub-blowing passage (26), the opening (22) on the side of the main blowing passage (23b). The hot air and the cold air are mixed at the portion (1), and the air after the mixing is made to flow into both the main outlet passage (23b) and the sub outlet passage (26).
[0009]
According to this, when the opening (22) branched into the plurality of outlet passages (23b, 26) is opened by the butterfly door (24), the ventilation resistance member (27) allows the air to flow toward the sub outlet passage (26). Airflow can be restricted. Therefore, the cool air and the hot air are mixed at the portion of the opening (22) on the side of the main outlet passage (23b), and the mixed air is supplied from both the main outlet passage (23b) and the sub outlet passage (26). Can blow out. As a result, it is possible to reduce the difference in the temperature of the blown air between the main blow passage (23b) and the sub blow passage (26). As a result, both the air blowing region from the main blowing passage (23b) and the air blowing region from the sub blowing passage (26) can be satisfactorily air-conditioned.
[0010]
In addition, since the ventilation resistance member (27) is arranged on the side of the sub-blowout passage (26) having a small amount of blown air, there is an advantage that the effect of the ventilation resistance member (27) on the reduction of the amount of blown air is small.
[0011]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect, when the opening (22) is opened by the butterfly door (24), the main outlet passage (23b) and the sub outlet passage (of the butterfly door (24)). 26), a notch (24c) is provided at a position intermediate with the butterfly door (24) so that the mixed air flows through the notch (24c) to the sub-blowing passage (26). When the opening (22) is completely closed by the (1), the notch (24c) is closed by the ventilation resistance member (27).
[0012]
According to this, even if the cool air and the hot air are mixed in the portion of the opening (22) on the side of the main outlet passage (23b), the mixed air is passed through the cutout portion (24c) to the sub outlet passage (26). ) Can flow smoothly. Therefore, the effect of reducing the difference in the temperature of the blown air between the main blow passage (23b) and the sub blow passage (26) can be more effectively exerted.
[0013]
Further, even if the notch (24c) is provided in the butterfly door (24), the notch (24c) can be closed by the ventilation resistance member (27), so that the function of completely closing the opening (22) is not hindered at all. Can be demonstrated without.
[0014]
According to the third aspect of the present invention, in the first and second aspects, the heating heat exchanger (13) for heating the air, the air passing through the heating heat exchanger (13) and the heating heat exchanger (13) are provided. ) Is provided, and an air mixing door (16) is provided for adjusting a flow rate of air to bypass the air passing through the heating heat exchanger (13). The warm air is air flowing through the heating heat exchanger (13). 13) It is characterized by being air heated after passing through.
[0015]
As described above, the present invention can effectively exhibit the effect of reducing the difference in the temperature of blown-out air in an air-mix type air conditioning unit.
[0016]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in any one of the first to third aspects, the opening is a face opening (22), the main outlet passage is a front face outlet passage (23b), and a sub outlet is provided. The passage is a rear seat face passage (26).
[0017]
As a result, the difference between the temperature of the front face air blown out and the temperature of the rear face air blown out can be reduced, and both the front and rear seats can be air-conditioned well.
[0018]
In addition, the code | symbol in the parenthesis of each said means shows the correspondence with the concrete means described in embodiment mentioned later.
