Abstract
Description
【0001】

Incidentally, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 57-177812 discloses a configuration in which an aspirator is arranged on a rear wall surface of an air-conditioning case. However, this prior art has an arrangement layout generally called a horizontal type. , A blower unit, a cooler unit containing a cooling evaporator, and a heater unit containing a heating heater core are arranged side by side in the vehicle left-right direction (lateral direction).
[0013]
For this reason, in the horizontal type unit configuration, as compared with the center-mounted air conditioning unit, the mounting space in the vehicle left-right direction is greatly increased, and disadvantages such as deterioration of the vehicle mountability occur.
[0014]
In the horizontal type unit configuration, since the air mixing unit that mixes the cool air and the hot air is directly adjacent to the rear wall surface of the air conditioning case, it is possible to arrange the aspirator on the rear wall surface of the air conditioning case. However, in the center-mounted air-conditioning unit, as described above, the switching mechanism of the face opening 23 and the
[0015]
In view of the above, it is an object of the present invention to improve the degree of freedom in selecting an aspirator arrangement place in a center-installed air conditioning unit.
[0016]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, according to the first aspect of the present invention, there is provided an air conditioning case (11) which is arranged at a substantially central portion in a vehicle left-right direction and forms an air passage through which air flows from a front side to a rear side of the vehicle. A cooling heat exchanger (12) arranged in the air conditioning case (11) for cooling the air; and a cooling heat exchanger (12) arranged in the air conditioning case (11) for heating the air after passing through the cooling heat exchanger (12). A heat exchanger for heating (13), a bypass passage (15) formed in the air-conditioning case (11) for bypassing the heat exchanger for heating (13) and flowing air, and disposed in the air-conditioning case (11). And an air mix door (16) for adjusting the air flow ratio between the hot air passing through the heating heat exchanger (13) and the cool air passing through the bypass passage (15), and formed in the air conditioning case (11). Air mixing unit (2) that mixes hot and cold air ), A foot outlet passage (24) formed in the air-conditioning case (11), into which the air that has passed through the air mixing section (20) flows, and a foot that blows out the air from the foot outlet passage (24) toward the occupant's feet. An opening (27, 28), a foot door (29) capable of opening and closing the foot opening (27, 28), and a face opening (23) for blowing air that has passed through the air mixing section (20) toward the upper body of the occupant; A switching door (25) for switching the air flow to the foot outlet passage (24) and the face opening (23), an inside air sensor (33) for detecting the inside air temperature, and suction of the inside air around the inside air sensor (33). Aspirator (31) for performing
The foot openings (27, 28) and the foot outlet passage (24) are arranged in the air conditioning case (11) at a position on the vehicle rear side of the air mixing unit (20). An air introduction part (31b) for the inside air suction action of the aspirator (31) is communicated with a portion between the switching door (25) and the foot door (29), and the face opening (23) is provided by the switching door (25). When the door is opened, the switching door (25) opens the foot outlet passage (24) by a predetermined minute amount, and the foot door (29) is operated to the closed position of the foot opening (27, 28). .
[0017]
According to this, a cooling heat exchanger (12) and a heating heat exchanger (13) are arranged in an air-conditioning case (11) in which air flows from the front side to the rear side of the vehicle, and an air mixing unit ( In the center-position air-conditioning unit in which the foot outlet passage (24) is disposed on the rear side of the vehicle with respect to (20), even when the face opening (23) is opened as in the face mode, the air from the air mixing unit (20) is removed. It can flow into the foot outlet passage (24). As a result, air can always flow into the aspirator (31) via the foot outlet passage (24) in the all-outlet mode of the center-mounted air conditioning unit.
[0018]
Even if the foot opening passage (24) is opened when the face opening (23) is opened as in the face mode, air is blown out from the foot openings (27, 28) by closing the foot door (29). Can be blocked.
[0019]
As a result, in the center-mounted air-conditioning unit, the location of the aspirator (31) can be set at the rear portion of the air-conditioning case (11) on the vehicle, and the degree of freedom in selecting the location of the aspirator (31) can be improved.
[0020]
More specifically, the aspirator (31) is arranged on the rear wall surface (32) of the air conditioning case (11) extending in the vehicle left-right direction, as described in claim 2, or as described in claim 3. The aspirator (31) can be arranged at a portion of the side wall surface (35) of the air conditioning case (11) extending in the vehicle front-rear direction and located on the left and right sides of the foot outlet passage (24).
[0021]
By the way, the air mix door operating mechanism and the blowing mode operating mechanism are usually arranged at a portion near the air mixing section (20) on the side wall surface (35) of the air conditioning case (11). On the other hand, the aspirator arrangement place according to the present invention can be set at the most rear part of the air-conditioning case (11), so that it can be separated from both the operation mechanisms. Therefore, it is easy to achieve both the arrangement of the aspirator (31) and the arrangement of devices such as the servomotors and the link mechanisms of the two operation mechanisms.
[0022]
In addition, since the location of the aspirator can be separated from the two operation mechanisms, it is possible to prevent cold air blown from the aspirator (31) from hitting the servomotor during cooling, thereby preventing the formation of dew inside the servomotor.
[0023]
According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, an air conditioning case (11) which is arranged at a substantially central portion in the vehicle left-right direction and forms an air passage through which air flows from the front side to the rear side of the vehicle, and inside the air conditioning case (11). A heating heat exchanger (13) for heating the air, a bypass passage (15) formed in the air conditioning case (11), and through which the air flows by bypassing the heating heat exchanger (13); An air mixing door (16) disposed in the air conditioning case (11) for adjusting a flow rate ratio between hot air passing through the heating heat exchanger (13) and cold air passing through the bypass passage (15); An air mixing unit (20) formed in (11) for mixing hot air and cold air, and an air mixing unit provided on left and right side wall surfaces (35) of the air conditioning case (11) extending in the vehicle front-rear direction. (20) The air passing through the occupant's feet A foot opening (27, 28) that blows out, a foot door (29) that can open and close the foot opening (27, 28), and an air-conditioning case (11) are provided in the air-conditioning case (11). A face opening (23) that blows out to the upper body side, a face door (34) that can open and close the face opening (23), an inside air sensor (33) that detects inside air temperature, and inside air around the inside air sensor (33). And an aspirator (31) for sucking
The rear surface of the heating heat exchanger (13) faces a rear wall surface (32) of the air-conditioning case (11) extending in the vehicle left-right direction at a predetermined interval, and is inside the air-conditioning case (11). The space (19) between the surface on the vehicle rear side of the heating heat exchanger (13) and the rear wall surface (32) is one of the open position and the closed position of the foot door (29) and the face door (34). , Also communicates with the air mixing section (20) at all times.
An air introduction part (31b) for the inside air suction action of the aspirator (31) is connected to the space (19) or a region above the space (19).
[0024]
According to this, foot openings (27, 28) are provided in the left and right side wall surfaces (35) of the air conditioning case (11), and the surface of the heating heat exchanger (13) on the vehicle rear side is connected to the air conditioning case (11). 11), the space (19) between the rear surface of the heating heat exchanger (13) on the vehicle rear side and the rear wall surface (32) is arranged in the air mixing section (20). ) At all times.
[0025]
As a result, air can always flow into the aspirator (31) from the space (19) or a region above the space (19) in the full blowout mode of the center-mounted air conditioning unit. Therefore, in the center-mounted air-conditioning unit, the location of the aspirator (31) can be set at the rear side of the vehicle in the air-conditioning case (11), and the degree of freedom in selecting the location of the aspirator (31) can be improved. Similar effects can be achieved.
[0026]
The location of the aspirator (31) is specifically, the rear wall surface (32) of the air-conditioning case (11) as described in claim 7, or the side wall surface of the air-conditioning case (11) as described in claim 8. 35), it can be set in the space (19) or a portion located on the left and right sides of the upper region of the space (19).
[0027]
Furthermore, according to the fourth aspect, since the foot openings (27, 28) are provided in the left and right side wall surfaces (35) of the air conditioning case (11), the air in the air mixing section (20) is not bypassed. , Can directly flow into the foot openings (27, 28), and the pressure loss of the foot blown air can be greatly reduced.
[0028]
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, in the fourth aspect, the face opening (23) is arranged at a portion on the rear side of the vehicle on the upper surface of the air conditioning case (11), and is opened by the face door (34). When opening (23), a communication path for communicating the space (19) and the air mixing unit (20) between the tip of the face door (34) and the upper end of the heating heat exchanger (13). According to the configuration (36), even if the air mixing door (16) is operated to the maximum cooling position and the air inflow to the heating heat exchanger (13) is shut off, the air of the air mixing section (20) is connected. The aspirator (31) can be flowed through the passage (36) and the space (19) or a region above it.
[0029]
The invention according to claim 6 is characterized in that, in claim 4 or 5, the foot door (29) slides along the inner wall of the side wall surface (35).
[0030]
As a result, almost no special operation space for the foot door (29) is required, which can contribute to downsizing of the air conditioning unit.
[0031]
In addition, the code | symbol in the parenthesis of each said means shows the correspondence with the concrete means described in embodiment mentioned later.
