Claims (12)

  1. 主に第一面に配置される一組の光源および前記第一面に実質上平行である第二面に主に配置される一組の実質上同一の光学素子を有し、少なくとも一つの光源に対向する光学素子に対する当該光源の位置が、他の光源の内の一つの光源に対向する光学素子に対する当該他の光源の位置と異なっている照明装置。
  2. 前記一組の光源と前記一組の光学素子が、各々、マトリックスを形成し、2つのマトリックスの行および/または列の数は異なるが、それらのマトリックスは実質上等しい寸法を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の照明装置。
  3. 一つのマトリックスの行および/または列の数が、他のマトリックスの行および/または列の数より1多いことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の照明装置。
  4. 前記光源が、コリメートされた光源であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の照明装置。
  5. 前記光源が、発光ダイオード(LED)であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れかに記載の照明装置。
  6. 前記光学素子の、前記光源に対向する面が、長方形であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れかに記載の照明装置。
  7. 前記光学素子が、それらの周辺の少なくとも一部で相互に接していることを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れかに記載の照明装置。
  8. 前記光学素子に、傾き角が異なるファセットが、片側または両側に、設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜7の何れかに記載の照明装置。
  9. 前記光学素子が、前記ファセットが実質上平行のプリズムにより形成されている、のこぎり歯構造を有することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の照明装置。
  10. 前記プリズムが、前記光学素子の、前記プリズムが設けられている面に平行な方向から見て、曲面を有することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の照明装置。
  11. 一組の光源が主に第一面に位置し、かつ実質上同一の一組の光学素子が、主に前記第一面に実質上平行である第二面に位置し、少なくとも一つの光源が、当該光源に対向する光学素子に対し、他の光源の内の一つに対向する光学素子に対する前記他の光源の位置とは異なる位置に、配置されている、対象物の照明方法。
  12. 前記光学素子に、傾き角が異なるファセットが、片側または両側に、設けられていて、当該傾き角が、前記対象物を照明する照明パターンから計算されていることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の方法。
