探すため、我々は約2×106 のクローンをスクリーニングした。

ドメインであり、そして既知の機能はもたない。クローンEはJAK1との相同
性を有する領域をわずかにしかもたない:この相同性はJH4ドメイン内にある

JH3〜JH7により媒介されるにちがいないと示唆している。これらのドメイ
ンはJAKファミリーの構成員内で構造的及び機能的に保存されている。JH4
はこれらのドメインの中で最も保存されている。従って、我々はデーターはペプ
チドEにより規定されるJAK1のストレッチが機能的な役割を果たしうること
を示唆する。それはgp130上のJAK1結合部位を擬態しうる。また、クロ
ーンCはTyk2との興味深い相同性を示す。この相同性はJH7内にある。

ランダム16−merペプチド(NNK)16のライブラリーをコードする。

4BDをコードするpASgp130(レーン4)で形質転換した。タンパク質
抽出物を15%のアクリルアミド−SDSゲルで分離し、そしてケミルミネッセ
