Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.有機化合物と弗化水素を含有するガス状混合物から弗化水素を分離し、回 収するにあたり、上記ガス状混合物を、弗化水素中にアルカリ金属弗化物を溶解 させた溶液と接触させ、弗化水素が減少したかつ有機化合物を含有する気相を、 弗化水素が富化された液相から分離し、ついで弗化水素が富化された液相から弗 化水素を回収することを特徴とする弗化水素の分離、回収方法。 2.有機化合物と弗化水素を含有するガス状混合物から弗化水素を分離し、回 収するにあたり、上記ガス状混合物を、弗化水素中にアルカリ金属弗化物を溶解 させた実質的に無水の溶液と接触させ、弗化水素が減少したかつ有機化合物を含 有する気相を、弗化水素が富化された液相から分離し、ついで弗化水素が富化さ れた液相から弗化水素を回収することを特徴とする、弗化水素の分離、回収方法 。 3.有機化合物と弗化水素を含有するガス状混合物から弗化水素を分離し、回 収するにあたり、上記ガス状混合物を、弗化水素水溶液中にアルカリ金属弗化物 を溶解させた溶液と接触させ、弗化水素が減少したかつ有機化合物を含有する気 相を、弗化水素が富化された液相から分離し、ついで弗化水素が富化された液相 から弗化水素を回収することを特徴とする弗化水素の分離、回収方法。 4.アルカリ金属弗化物は弗化カリウム及び/又は弗化セシウムからなる、請 求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の方法。 5.弗化水素を下方弗化水素相から蒸留により回収する、請求項1〜4のいず れかに記載の方法。 6.蒸留はフラッシュ室又は蒸留塔で行う、請求項5に記載の方法。 7.下方弗化水素相から弗化水素を回収した後に残留する、残留弗化水素含有 アルカリ金属弗化物の少なくとも一部を、分離されるべきガス状混合物と接触さ せるために再循環させる、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の方法。 8.弗化水素を、小割合の弗化水素を含有する混合物から回収する、請求 項1〜7のいずれかに記載の方法。 9.処理されるべき前記混合物は25重量%以下の弗化水素を含有している、請 求項8に記載の方法。 10.有機化合物と弗化水素は共沸又は近共沸組成物を形成している、請求項1 〜9のいずれかに記載の方法。 11.弗化水素を含有する流れを、弗化水素が減少したガス相から誘導しそして 、所望の有機化合物を製造する反応器及び/又は有機化合物を含有する流れに再 循環させる、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の方法。 12.弗化水素中にアルカリ金属弗化物を溶解させた溶液中のアルカリ金属弗化 物の濃度は約20〜約80重量%である、請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の方法。 13.有機化合物はハロゲン含有有機化合物からなる、請求項1〜12のいずれか に記載の方法。 14.有機出発物質と弗化水素とを気相中又は液相中で、場合により弗素化触媒 の存在下で反応させて、弗素含有有機化合物と未反応弗化水素とを含有するガス 状生成物流を生成させ、この生成物流を、弗化水素中にアルカリ金属弗化物を溶 解させた溶液と接触させ、弗化水素が減少したかつ有機化合物を含有するガス相 を、弗化水素が富化された液相から分離し、ついで弗化水素が富化された液相か ら弗化水素を分離することからなる、弗素含有有機化合物の製造方法。 15.有機出発物質はハイドロフルオロアルカン、ハイドロクロロフルオロアル カン、クロロフルオロアルカン及び/又はハイドロフルオロエーテルからなる、 請求項13又は14に記載の方法。 16.有機化合物は、1,1,1,2-テトラフルオロエタン[HFC 134a]、1,1,2,2-テト ラフルオロエタン[HFC 134]、クロロ-1,1,1-トリフルオロエタン[CFC 133a]、ク ロロテトラフルオロエタン[HCFC 124/124a]、ペンタフルオロエタン[HFC 125]、 ジフルオロメタン[HFC 32]、クロロジフルオロメタン[HCFC 22]、1,1-ジフルオ ロエタン[HFC 152a]、1,1,1-トリフルオロエタン[HFC 143a]、1,1,1,3,3-ペンタ フルオロプロパン[HFC 245fa]、1,2,2,3,3- ペンタフルオロプロパン[HFC 245ca]及び1,1,1,2,3,3-ヘプタフルオロプロパン[ HFC 227ea]、ビス(フルオロメチル)エーテル[BFME]、1,1-ジフルオロジメチル エーテル、1,1,1-トリフルオロジメチルエーテル及びペンタフルオロジメチルエ ーテルの1種又はそれ以上から選ばれる、請求項15に記載の方法。 17.生成物流を、弗化水素中にアルカリ金属弗化物を溶解させた溶液と接触さ せる前に処理する、請求項14〜16のいずれかに記載の方法。
