Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.本を結合するための1工程または多工程の完全結合法のための少なくとも 1つの接着剤成分Aおよび所望による接着剤成分Bを基本とする接着剤系であっ て、少なくとも1つの光開始剤および少なくとも1つの電磁線誘導反応が可能な 接着剤Aを含有する接着剤系。 2.接着剤Aが、UVまたはより強力な電磁線によって架橋可能であり、かつ 適用温度で0.100〜20Pas、好ましくは0.100〜10Pasの粘度を有する モノマーおよび/またはポリマーの低粘度混合物であることを特徴とする請求項 1に記載の接着剤系。 3.接着剤Aが、脂肪族エポキシドの混合物および/またはアクリレートモノ マーおよび/またはアクリレート修飾したポリマーの混合物を基本とすることを 特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の接着剤系。 4.接着剤Aおよび少なくとも1つの光開始剤に加えて、適用温度で1〜20 Pasの粘度を有する別の接着剤Bを含有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のい ずれかに記載の接着剤系。 5.接着剤Bが、 (a)所望により、天然のまたはエステル化、二量化もしくはポリマー化したロ ジン樹脂、ポリテルペン樹脂、フェノール/スチレン樹脂、脂肪族および/また は芳香族炭化水素樹脂を基本とする接着強度および接着を高める樹脂と、および /または、ワックスおよび可塑剤と組合せた、 ポリアミド、ポリウレタン、およびより具体的には、エチレン性不飽和モノマ ー、好ましくはエチレンと、酢酸ビニル、アクリル酸および/またはメタクリル 酸またはアクリル酸および/またはメタクリル酸のエステルとの高分子量コポリ マーを基本とするホットメルト接着剤;または (b)ポリ酢酸ビニル、ポリアクリレート、ポリビニリデン、ポリウレタン、ポ リクロロプレンおよびゴム分散物を基本とする分散接着剤; であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の接着剤系。 6.請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の接着剤系を用いて1工程完全結合法によ りパンフレット、カタログ、本、便箋および同様の印刷物品を完全結合するため の方法であって、本内部を接着剤Aのフィルムにより被覆することを特徴とする 方法。 7.請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の接着剤系を用いて多工程完全結合法によ りパンフレット、カタログ、本、便箋および同様の印刷物品を完全結合するため の方法であって、最初に本内部を接着剤Aの低粘度架橋可能フィルムにより0. 2mm未満の厚みで被覆し、接着剤Aを硬化させた後、最後に接着剤Bを供する ことを特徴とする方法。 8.シート縁部に適用した後、接着剤Aを、600nm以下の波長の電磁線、好 ましくは約400〜250nmの波長のUV線、電子ビーム線、X線またはガンマ 線に暴露することを特徴とする請求項6または7に記載の方法。 9.5N/mm2以上の脊柱接着剤のフィルム強度を特徴とする、請求項1〜 5のいずれかに記載の接着剤系により脊柱接着されたパンフレット、カタログ、 本、便箋および同様の印刷物品。
