Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.転動エレメント(6)と接触した第1リングエレメント(11)、この第1 リングエレメント(11)を取り囲む第2リングエレメント(12)、両リング エレメント(11、12)間に配置された、流体で充填された隙間(14)を含 む複合中空リングとして形成された少なくとも一つの軌道リングを持つ転動ベア リング(5)において、前記第1リングエレメント(11)を壁厚が均等な薄壁 ブッシュとして形成し、この第1リングエレメントの軌道(10)の少なくとも 一つの周囲区分にその円形形状から離れた弾性変形軌道凸部(13)を設け、前 記転動エレメント(6)のうちの少なくとも一つに、前記軌道凸部(13)とこ の凸部の反対側にある軌道(9)との間で半径方向に予備応力が加えられる、こ とを特徴とする転動ベアリング(5)。 2.前記ブッシュの前記軌道(10)は、互いに120°ずれた3つの周囲区分 に軌道凸部(13)を備えている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の転動ベア リング(5)。 3.前記第2リングエレメント(12)のフランジ(15)は、周方向に均等に 間隔が隔てられた軸線方向供給ボア(16)を備えている、ことを特徴とする請 求項1に記載の転動ベアリング(5)。 4.前記供給ボア(16)から遠方の前記中空リングの端部では、前記第2リン グエレメント(12)のフランジ(15)と前記転動エレメントのクラウンリン グ(6)との間にシーリングリング(17)が配置されている、ことを特徴とす る請求項1に記載の転動ベアリング(5)。 5.好ましくはオートマチックトランスミッション用の流体力学的トルクコンバ ータのコンバータネック(2)を隙間無し取り付けするために使用される、こと を特徴とする請求項1に記載の転動ベアリング(5)。 6.転動エレメント(6)と接触した第1リングエレメント(11)及びこの第 1リングエレメント(11)を取り囲む第2リングエレメント(12)を含む複 合リングとして形成された少なくとも一つの軌道リングを持つ転動ベアリング( 5)において、前記第1リングエレメント(11)を壁厚が均等な薄壁ブッシ ュとして形成し、この第1リングエレメントの軌道(10)の少なくとも一つの 周囲区分にその円形形状から離れた弾性変形軌道凸部(13)を設け、そのため 、この周囲区分で前記第1及び第2のリングエレメント(11、12)間に隙間 (14)が形成され、前記転動エレメント(6)のうちの少なくとも一つが前記 軌道凸部(13)とこの凸部の反対側にある軌道(9)との間で半径方向に予備 応力が加えられる、ことを特徴とする転動ベアリング(5)。
