Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.平板状の本体(K)を、Z字形の輪郭を備えた少なくとも1つの区分を有す る金属製の成形体から成る支持体(U)に固定するための装置(BE)であって 、前記Z字形の成形体が、 接着によって前記固定装置を前記本体に固定するための第1の水平な壁部分 (HB1)と、 第1の鉛直な壁部分(VB)と、 第2の水平な壁部分(HB2)とを有しており、該第2の水平な壁部分が、 前記支持体への取付けのために、固定手段を収容するための少なくとも1つの貫 通ボア(D,D’)を有していることを特徴とする、平板状の本体を支持体に固 定するための装置。 2.前記金属製の成形体が、0.5〜5mmの厚さの金属薄板から形成されてい る、請求項1記載の固定装置。 3.前記金属製の成形体が、前記第1の水平な壁部分(HB1)に対して垂直に 配置されておりかつ前記第1の鉛直な壁部分(VB)に対して直角又は鈍角を有 する少なくとも1つの別の鉛直な壁部分(VB’)を有している、請求項1又は 2記載の固定装置。 4.前記金属製の成形体が、Z字形の輪郭を備えた第 2の区分を有しており、該第2の区分の鉛直な壁部分(VB’)が、前記水平な 壁部分(HB1)に対してほぼ垂直に位置しておりかつ前記第1の鉛直な壁部分 (VB)に対して直角又は鈍角を有している、請求項3記載の固定装置。 5.前記金属製の成形体が、ほぼ1〜5mmの厚さの壁厚を有するアルミニウム 薄板から形成されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の固定装置。 6.前記Z字形の輪郭の前記第1の水平な区分(HB1)が、取付け後に前記本 体が前記第1の水平な区分(HB1)と前記支持体(U)との間に配置されるよ うに平板状の本体(K)に接着されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項 記載の固定装置。 7.前記平板状の本体(K)が、少なくとも接着したい面においてガラスから形 成されておりかつシリコン接着剤(SK)によって前記Z字形の成形体の第1の 水平な区分(HB1)に接着されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記 載の固定装置。 8.前記金属製の成形体が、Z字形の輪郭を備えた第2の区分を有しており、こ の場合、Z字形の輪郭を備えた両区分の鉛直な壁部分(VB)が相俟って、直角 又は鈍角を有しておりかつ前記本体(K)の2つの隣接する縁部に当て付けられ ている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の固定装置。 9.請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の少なくとも2つの、ソーラモジュ ールの縁部に沿って前側又は後側に接着された固定装置(BE)を備えたフレー ムレスソーラモジュール。 10.前記固定装置(BE)が、前記Z字形の成形体が、第1の縁部に隣接した ソーラモジュールの縁部を越えて突出するように、第1の縁部に沿って前記ソー ラモジュール(K)に接着されている、請求項9記載のソーラモジュール。 11.前記ソーラモジュール(K)が層状構造(LA)を有しており、前記固定 装置(BE)が、前記層状構造への積層によって前記ソーラモジュールに接着さ れている、請求項9又は10記載のソーラモジュール。 12.フレームレスソーラモジュールを支持体に固定するための、請求項1から 8までのいずれか1項記載の固定装置の使用方法。
