Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.水性ポリ珪酸塩ミクロゲルを調製する方法であり、この方法は珪酸アルカ リ金属の水溶液を、11以下のpHを有するシリカベース材料の水性相と混合す ることを含むことを特徴とする。 2.得られた水性ポリ珪酸塩ミクロゲルが、少なくとも15%のSiO2含量 を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 3.得られた水性ポリ珪酸塩ミクロゲルが、直径が約1から2nmの大きさのシ リカベース粒子を含み、これら粒子が鎖または網目状に結合して三次元構造を形 成することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。 4.ポリ珪酸塩ミクロゲルが少なくとも1000m2/gの比表面積を有する ことを特徴とする請求項1、2または3に記載の方法。 5.水性シリカベース材料が、4から11の範囲内のpHを有することを特徴 とする請求項1、2、3または4に記載の方法。 6.水性シリカベース材料が、7から11の範囲内のpHを有することを特徴 とする請求項5に記載の方法。 7.水性シリカベース材料が、シリカベースのゾルであることを特徴とする請 求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 8.シリカベース材料が、アルミニウムを含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜7 のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 9.更に追加の塩を混合することを含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいず れか一項に記載の方法。 10.塩がアルミニウム塩であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。 11.塩がアルミニウム塩以外の金属塩であり、アルカリ金属またはアルカリ 土類金属ベースであることを特徴とする請求項9または10に記載の方法。 12.得られたポリ珪酸塩ミクロゲルが、3:1および20:1の間のSiO2 :M2O、ここでMはアルカリ金属、のモル比を有することを特徴とする請求項 1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 13.請求項1から12のいずれか一項による方法により得ることのできるポ リ珪酸塩ミクロゲル。 14.パルプと紙の生産および水浄化において少なくとも一つのカチオン性ま たは両性ポリマーとの組み合わせで、凝集剤としての、請求項13によるかまた は請求項1から12のいずれかによる方法により調製した、ポリ珪酸塩ミクロゲ ルの使用。 15.ポリ珪酸塩ミクロゲルが、製紙での脱水および/または保持を改良する 為の凝集剤として用いられる、請求項14にに記載の使用。 16.ポリ珪酸塩ミクロゲルをカチオン性澱粉および/またはカチオン性のア クリルアミドベースポリマーとの組み合わせで用いる、請求項14または15に 記載の使用。 17.セルロース繊維、および任意の充填剤、の懸濁液からの紙の製造方法で あり、懸濁液に少なくとも一つのカチオン性または両性有機ポリマーおよびシリ カベースの微粒子材料を添加することおよび金網上で懸濁液を成形と脱水するこ とを含むことを特徴とし、シリカベースの材料が請求項13のポリ珪酸塩ミクロ ゲルであるかまたは請求項1から12のいずれかの方法により調製されることを 特徴とする。 18.更に懸濁液へアルミニウム塩を添加することを含むことを特徴とする請 求項17に記載の方法。
