Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 発泡剤を含有し、かつ10℃より高い温度で溶融し、100μm未満の平 均粒度を有する、0.01から0.5重量%の疎水化剤により被覆されているこ とを特徴とする発泡性ポリスチレンビーズ。 2. 疎水化剤が、炭素鎖に10から30個の炭素原子を有するパラフィンワッ クスであることを特徴とする、請求項1の発泡性ポリスチレンビーズ。 3. 疎水化剤が、N−メチロールアミンと、脂肪酸誘導体との反応生成物であ ることを特徴とする、請求項1の発泡性ポリスチレンビーズ。 4. 疎水化剤が、ポリフルオロアルキル(メタ)アクリラートであることを特 徴とする、請求項1の発泡性ポリスチレンビーズ。 5. 疎水化剤の水性乳濁液でコーティングされていることを特徴とする、請求 項1の発泡性ポリスチレンビーズ。 6. 発泡性ポリスチレンビーズを、10から80重量%の疎水化剤を含有する 水性乳濁液で処理することを特徴とする、請求項1の発泡性ポリスチレンビーズ の製造方法。 7. 水性乳濁液が、追加的に乳化剤および/または可溶化剤を含有することを 特徴とする、請求項6の方法。 8. 疎水化剤の他に、難燃化剤および/または集塊化防止剤および/または離 型時間短縮剤を、発泡性ポリスチレンビーズに施すことを特徴とする、請求項6 の方法。 9. 上記処理が噴霧及びドラムコーティングにより行われることを特徴とする 、請求項6の方法。 10. 疎水化剤の水性乳濁液をシリカ微粉末に吸収させ、得られる粉末混合物 で、発泡性ポリスチレンビーズをコーティングすることを特徴とする、請求項6 の方法。 11. 疎水化剤をシリカ微粉末に吸着させ、これにより発泡性ポリスチレンビ ーズをコーティングすることを特徴とする、請求項1の発泡性ポリスチレンビー ズの製造方法。 12. 水性懸濁液中におけるスチレンの重合により発泡性ポリスチレンビーズ を製造する間に疎水化剤を添加することを特徴とする、請求項1の発泡性ポリス チレンビーズの製造方法。 13. 請求項1に記載の0.01から0.5重量%の疎水化剤で被覆されてい ることを特徴とする発泡ポリスチレンビーズ。 14. 請求項1に記載の被覆発泡性ポリスチレンビーズを発泡させることを特 徴とする発泡ポリスチレンビーズの製造方法。 15. 発泡性ポリスチレンビーズを、請求項1に記載の0.01から0.5重 量%の疎水化剤により被覆することを特徴とする発泡ポリスチレンビーズの製造 方法。 16. 請求項13に記載の発泡ポリスチレンビーズの、屋根断熱材料、周囲断 熱板体、浮子または水分に敏感な包装材料のための用途。
