Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.押出機(1)の後に、製品の中を通って空気を吸引することで製品が内側 から冷却され、空気が製品の内側表面と接触してこれを冷却する、押出成形され た中空製品の冷却方法において、製品を通って吸引された空気を、押出機(1) を介して導いて、押出機(1)も同時に冷却することを特徴とする押出成形され た中空製品の冷却方法。 2.製品を通って吸引される加熱空気の熱エネルギーをさらに利用するために 回収して導く請求の範囲1の方法。 3.押出機(1)に供給される材料(4)を、製品を通って吸引された空気の 熱エネルギーを用いて加熱する請求の範囲2の方法。 4.製品を通って吸引された加熱空気が、押出機(1)に供給される材料(4 )中に導かれる請求の範囲3の方法。 5.水霧を製品の内側表面に散布することで製品をさらに内側から冷却する請 求の範囲1〜3のいずれか1の方法。 6.押出機(1)は少なくとも1つの固定子(10、11)と少なくとも1つ の回転自在な円錐回転子(12)からなり、固定子(10、11)はすくなくと も回転子(12)において円錐形をなし、固定子(10、11)と回転子(12 )が押出機の供給手段を構成し、かつ製品を冷却する空気は押出機を通って前記 供給手段のほぼ中央から吸引される前記請求の範囲のいずれか1の方法。 7.内部冷却に加えて、製品を外部からも冷却する前記請求の範囲のいずれか 1の方法。 8.製品内部に冷却手段からなるマンドレル(9)が設けられていることによ り、マンドレル(9)によって製品の内側表面が薄く冷却され る前記請求の範囲のいずれか1の方法。 9.押出機(1)と、製品を介して空気を吸引して、空気が製品を内部から冷 却するように配設された手段とを具備する押出成形された中空製品を冷却するた めの装置において、製品を介して吸引される空気は、押出機(1)を介して流れ るような配置になっていることを特徴とする押出成形された中空製品を冷却する ための装置。 10.押出機(1)は少なくとも1つの固定子(10、11)と少なくとも1 つの回転自在な円錐回転子(12)を備し、固定子(10、11)はすくなくと も回転子(12)において円錐形をなし、固定子(10、11)と回転子(12 )が押出機の供給手段を構成し、かつ装置は前記供給手段のほぼ中央から押出機 (1)を介して空気を吸引するための手段からなることを特徴とする請求の範囲 9の方法。 11.装置は製品を通って吸引された空気の熱エネルギーを回収するための手 段からを具備する請求の範囲9又は10の装置。 12.装置は製品を通って吸引された空気の熱エネルギーを、押出機(1)に 供給される材料(4)中に導くための手段からなる請求の範囲11の装置。 13.装置は製品を通って吸引された空気を押出機(1)に供給される材料( 4)中に導くための手段からなる請求の範囲12の装置。 14.装置は水用パイプ(13)と、その内部に設けられて水霧を製品内部に 散布することで製品を冷却するためのノズル(14)を具備する請求の範囲9〜 12のいずれか1の装置。 15.装置は製品を外部から冷却するための手段を具備する請求の範囲9〜1 4のいずれか1の装置。 16.押出機(1)は製品を内部から冷却するための手段からなる中空マンド レル(9)を備えている請求の範囲9〜15のいずれか1の装置。
