Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.アーマチュアが作動待機態勢にあることを検査するための方法であって、ア ーマチュア固有の量に対する少なくとも1つの測定値が決定され、また前もって 定められた値と比較される方法において、 測定値がアーマチュアの常温および無圧力状態で決定され、アーマチュアの作 動モデルから解析的に決定されたアーマチュア固有の量に対する値と比較され、 この解析的に決定された値に対してアーマチュアのなお許容可能な状態に対応付 けられている上限値および下限値が定められ(設計マージン)、測定値が上限値 と下限値との間に位置しているときに、アーマチュアが作動待機態勢にあること が指示されることを特徴とするアーマチュアの作動待機態勢検査方法。 2.解析的に決定された値に対して、解析的に決定された値の自然の変動をカバ ーする上側目標値および下側目標値が定められ、測定値が上側目標値と下側目標 値との間に位置しているならば、アーマチュアが設計どおりに挙動することが指 示されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 3.アーマチュアが駆動部、電流供給部および開閉要素を含んでいることを特徴 とする請求項1または2記載の方法。 4.作動モデルが行程にわたるアーマチュアの挙動を、または行程にわたるアー マチュアの挙動と終端位置“開”および“閉”でのアーマチュアの挙動とを記述 することを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1つに記載の方法。 5.複数の測定値が決定され、測定値が1つの傾向に従うときに、アーマチュア の欠陥が指示されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか1つに記載の 方法。 6.複数のアーマチュアに対してそれぞれ限界値または目標値からの測定値の偏 差が決定され、アーマチュアに対して、その測定値が大多数のアーマチュアより も多く限界値または目標値から偏差するときに既に欠陥が指示されることを特徴 とする請求項1ないし5のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
