日置きに鶏糞回収作業行うようにした。評価は臭覚検査
合格6名により臭気官能試験を行った。具体的には臭覚
検査合格者6名の内、異なる3名の組み合わせで試験日
を変えて3回評価した。その結果、異なる3回の全ての
試験日で、従来タイプの鶏舎は鶏糞の臭いが明らかに強
く感じられるという評価結果となり、本実施形態の鶏舎
では鶏糞の臭気は相当弱く、餌などによるその他の悪臭
も弱いという評価結果が得られた。また、本実施形態の
場合、4日間堆積させた鶏糞とおが屑20とを混合し、
再び鶏糞受取用のコンベア10へ供給した後の臭気官能
試験による評価でも、収集混合前の状態における鶏舎内
臭気と殆ど変わらないという評価結果が得られた。

ンベア上の消臭材層の厚みを調整する均しプレートとを
備え、 コンベアの出口部には、堆積した鶏糞ごと消臭材を集め
る鶏糞収集容器を配置したことを特徴とする鶏舎。
