Description
“MOTORE ELETTRICO E FRIZIONE”
DESCRIZIONE
La presente invenzione si riferisce ad un motore elettrico e relativa frizione, e a un metodo costruttivo per un motore elettrico e relativa frizione. La presente invenzione si riferisce anche ad un veicolo elettrico (assistito elettricamente) che ha due o più ruote, come ad es. un Segway, un’automobile o un trattore o una bicicletta elettrica.
Sono noti veicoli ibridi dotati di un motore elettrico e un motore a scoppio, ove i due motori sono collegabili selettivamente tra loro o ad una trasmissione meccanica per trasferire coppia motrice alle ruote tramite due frizioni a disco. Le frizioni a disco, benché ormai tecnologicamente sviluppate, contribuiscono significativamente alle dimensioni longitudinali dell’assieme motore-frizione, in contrasto con la tendenza alla miniaturizzazione. Altri svantaggi sono i costi maggiori a causa del maggiore numero di componenti.
Per ragioni di peso, ingombri e numero di pezzi, sarebbe molto vantaggioso poter ridurre le dimensioni dell’assieme motore elettrico-frizione.
Scopo principale dell’invenzione è migliorare questo stato dell’arte.
Altro scopo dell’invenzione è realizzare un metodo per costruire un assieme motore elettricofrizione con minori dimensioni longitudinali e/o di costo minore.
Altro scopo dell’invenzione è realizzare un assieme motore elettrico-frizione con minori dimensioni longitudinali e/o di costo minore.
Questi ed altri scopi sono raggiunti da quanto definito nelle allegate rivendicazioni indipendenti; altre vantaggiose caratteristiche tecniche sono definite nelle rivendicazioni dipendenti.
Un aspetto dell’invenzione è un assieme motore elettrico-frizione, ove
il motore elettrico comprende un rotore comprendente una superficie libera che forma parte della superficie esterna del motore,
la frizione comprende un disco di frizione, e
il disco di frizione è montato mobile assialmente per contattare selettivamente detta superficie libera.
Un vantaggio generale dell’invenzione è che, facendo riferimento al disegno esemplificativo, si può sfruttare la faccia esterna del rotore 20a e 20b del motore, e si può, senza inserire un ulteriore piatto, attuare sulla faccia 24 la funzione di frizione abbinandola alla unità disco e spingidisco 40a e 40b.
In una variante, il rotore è un disco, per facilità costruttiva e adattamento al disco di frizione.
In una variante, il rotore comprende una faccia su cui vi sono montati dei magneti permanenti e una faccia opposta che costituisce detta superficie libera.
In una variante, il motore elettrico comprende
un primo e secondo rotore come sopra definito, e rispettivamente
un primo e secondo disco di frizione come sopra definito,
i due rotori essendo posti assialmente su lati opposti del motore, in modo che le superfici libere dei due rotori siano rivolte verso direzioni opposte. In particolare i due rotori sono tra loro solidali o collegabili tra loro selettivamente per diventare solidali tramite mezzi di collegamento controllabile.
Un altro aspetto dell’invenzione è un veicolo comprendente un assieme motore elettrico-frizione come sopra definito.
In una variante, la frizione è collegata ad un motore a scoppio.
In una variante, la frizione è collegata ad un albero di trasmissione meccanica atto a trasferire coppia motrice ad una ruota.
In una variante, il motore comprende detti due rotori, e la prima frizione è collegata ad un motore a scoppio e la seconda frizione è collegata ad un albero di trasmissione meccanica atto a trasferire coppia motrice ad una ruota.
Un aspetto dell’invenzione è un metodo per costruire un assieme motore elettrico-frizione, con la fase di
montare assialmente mobile un disco di frizione in modo che possa contattare selettivamente una porzione di superficie esterna del motore, ove detta porzione appartiene ad un rotore del motore.
Ulteriori vantaggi risulteranno chiari dalla descrizione seguente, che si riferisce ad un esempio di realizzazione preferito in cui:
- la figura 1 mostra una vista tridimensionale di un assieme motore-elettrico-frizione.
Un assieme motore elettrico-frizione è formato da un motore elettrico 10 e due frizioni 40a, b. Il motore 10 ha una carcassa statorica o statore 12 in cui sono montati rotabilmente un primo rotore 20a e un secondo rotore 20b. tra loro solidali.
Nell’esempio i rotori 20a, 20b sono nella forma di due dischi e sono ad es. uguali. I rotori 20a, 20b sono dotati di una rispettiva superficie libera 24 che forma parte della superficie esterna della carcassa 12, sono girevoli attorno ad uno stesso asse X e sono collocati su lati opposti della carcassa 12, in modo che le superfici libere 24 dei due rotori 20a, 20b siano rivolte verso direzioni opposte.
Ogni frizione 40a, b comprende un disco di frizione 42 montato mobile assialmente, con mezzi noti, lungo l’asse X per contattare selettivamente la superficie libera 24 rispettivamente del rotore 20a, 20b ad essa affacciato.
Ogni frizione 40a, b comprende anche un coperchio di protezione 90 fissabile alla carcassa 12. Secondo una variante preferita, ogni rotore 20a, 20b comprende sulla faccia opposta alla superficie 24 dei magneti 22, ad es. permanenti, atti ad interagire magneticamente con componenti dello statore 12. Le frizioni 40a, b sono controllabili indipendentemente una dall’altra.
L’assieme motore elettrico-frizione 10 è vantaggiosamente integrabile in un veicolo. In particolare nel veicolo la frizione 40a è collegata ad un motore a scoppio (non mostrato) e la frizione 40b è collegata ad un albero 60 di trasmissione meccanica atto a trasferire coppia motrice ad es. ad una ruota o ad una scatola del cambio (ingranaggi del cambio).
Quando la frizione 40a collega il disco 20a al motore a scoppio, quest’ultimo può azionare in rotazione il motore elettrico 10, altrimenti il motore a scoppio resta isolato dall’albero 60 e dal motore 10.
In questa configurazione, se la frizione 40b non è in presa, il motore a scoppio può ad es. far ruotare i rotori 20a, 20b per generare energia elettrica onde ricaricare una batteria a bordo del veicolo (non mostrata). Oppure il motore 10 può essere controllato per funzionare da volano attivo per il motore a scoppio, col vantaggio ad es. di filtrare variazioni di coppia.
Quando la frizione 40b collega il disco 20b all’albero 60, il motore 10 può azionare in rotazione l’albero 60, altrimenti il motore 10 resta isolato dall’albero 60. In questa configurazione il motore 10 può trasferire coppia all’albero 40.
Quando ogni frizione 40a, b è collegata al rispettivo disco 20a, b il motore 10 e il motore a scoppio possono trasferire entrambi coppia all’albero 60.
Il motore 10 può anche comprendere un solo rotore e relativa frizione.
Claims (8)
- RIVENDICAZIONI 1. Assieme motore elettrico-frizione (10), ove il motore elettrico comprende un rotore (20a, 20b) comprendente una superficie libera (24) che forma parte della superficie esterna del motore, la frizione (40) comprende un disco di frizione (42), e il disco di frizione (42) è montato mobile assialmente per contattare selettivamente detta superficie libera (24).
- 2. Assieme secondo la rivendicazione 1, in cui il rotore è un disco.
- 3. Assieme secondo la rivendicazione 2, in cui il rotore comprende una faccia su cui vi sono montati dei magneti permanenti (22) e una faccia opposta che costituisce detta superficie libera (24).
- 4. Assieme secondo una qualsiasi rivendicazione precedente, comprendente un primo e secondo rotore (20a, 20b) come definito in una rivendicazione precedente qualsiasi, e rispettivamente un primo e secondo disco di frizione come definito in una rivendicazione precedente qualsiasi, i due rotori essendo posti assialmente su lati opposti del motore, in modo che le superfici libere (24) dei due rotori siano rivolte verso direzioni opposte.
- 5. Veicolo comprendente un assieme motore elettrico-frizione come definito in una qualsiasi rivendicazione precedente.
- 6. Veicolo secondo la rivendicazione 5, in cui la frizione è collegata ad un motore a scoppio o ad un albero di trasmissione meccanica atto a trasferire coppia motrice ad una ruota.
- 7. Veicolo secondo la rivendicazione 5 o 6, in cui il motore elettrico comprende detti due rotori, e la prima frizione è collegata ad un motore a scoppio e la seconda frizione è collegata ad un albero di trasmissione meccanica atto a trasferire coppia motrice ad una ruota.
- 8. Metodo per costruire un assieme motore elettrico-frizione (10), con la fase di montare assialmente mobile un disco di frizione (42) in modo che possa contattare selettivamente una porzione di superficie esterna del motore, ove detta porzione appartiene ad un rotore (20a, 20b) del motore.
