Abstract

The invention refers to a device for vaginal self-sealing in order to avoid urinary incontinence in women, which consists of an elongated body (10, 26) so that it can be grasped with the hand, having in one of its end an extension that forms a specific angle with the horizontal axis of the body, an extension that defines a head (11, 29) through which and by means of actuation of a command (13, 27) provided in the handle or in the body itself (10, 26) a clamp (6) is released or a needle (30) is rotated, the needle grasping a thread (36) in the opposite direction of rotation so that the clamp (6) as well as the needle (30 ) and therefore the thread (36) passes through the paraurethral tissue (7) and the cartilage of the pubic symphysis (8), making a connection and a corresponding lifting of the corresponding areas of the vagina (2) arranged on both sides of the urethra ( 3), thus avoiding urinary incontinence in women and The clamps (6) as well as the wires (36) constitute in their fixing a self-repair carried out on both sides of the urethra (3) and in correspondence with both specific points or areas previously localized by means of a tactile examination and with the head itself of the device.
