Abstract

L'invenzione si riferisce ad un dispositivo per autosutura vaginale allo scopo di evitare l'incontinenza urinaria nelle donne, il quale è costituito da un corpo allungato (10, 26) in modo da poter essere afferrato con la mano, avente in una delle sue estremità un'estensione che forma un angolo specifico con l'asse orizzontale del corpo, estensione che definisce una testa (11, 29) attraverso la quale e per mezzo di azionamento di un comando (13, 27) provvisto nella impugnatura o nel corpo stesso (10, 26) un morsetto (6) viene rilasciato o un ago (30) viene ruotato, l'ago afferrando nella direzione opposta di rotazione un filo (36) in modo che il morsetto (6) come pure l'ago (30) e perciò il filo (36) passano attraverso il tessuto parauretrale (7) e la cartilagine della sinfisi pubica (8), effettuando un collegamento e un corrispondente sollevamento delle zone corrispondenti della vagina (2) disposte su entrambi i lati dell'uretra (3), evitando così l'incontinenza urinaria nelle donne.I morsetti (6) come pure i fili (36) costituiscono nel loro fissaggio una autosutura effettuata su entrambi i lati dell'uretra (3) e in corrispondenza con entrambi i punti o zone specifiche precedentemente localizzate per mezzo di un esame tattile e con la testa stessa del dispositivo.
