Abstract

Il presente trovato si riferisce ad un motore a combustione interna, particolarmente a quattro tempi, ad elevate prestazioni, che comprende un blocco motore all'interno del quale sono definite camere di combustione che alloggiano in modo scorrevole ciascuna un pistone e che comunicano ciascuna con almeno un condotto di immissione della miscela aria-combustibile e con almeno un condotto di scarico dei gas esausti che derivano dalla combustione; tali condotti comunicano con la rispettiva camera di combustione attraverso una valvola. Il motore a combustione interna secondo il presente trovato presenta la peculiarità di comprendere un dispositivo convertitore-compensatore che è costituito da almeno una precamera che collega tra loro almeno due condotti di immissione ed almeno una camera di contatto termico collegata ad almeno uno dei condotti di immissione in prossimità del loro sbocco nella relativa camera di combustione. La camera citata è definita in corrispondenza della testata del motore ed è in contatto termico con la relativa camera di combustione.
