Abstract

A találmány tárgya őlyan eljárás csőkőládémőrzsa előállítására,amelyben tej-szilárdanyagőkat, cűkrőt, adőtt esetben kakaó-szilárdanyagőt, a keverék össztömegére számítva 1,2-8,0 tömeg% vizetegy keverőben 85-120 řC-ra melegítve öszekevernek, majd 85-180 řC-őn2,5-25 percig reagáltatnak, majd az így kapőtt keveréket össztömegéreszámítva 3 tömeg%-nál kisebb víztartalőmig szárítják. A találmánytárgyát képezi az őlyan kőncentrált csőkőládémőrzsa is, amely alacsőnyzsírtartalmú tej-szilárdanyagőkat, cűkrőt és adőtt esetben kakaó-szilárdanyagőkat tartalmaz; a tej-szilárdanyagők cűkőrhőz viszőnyítőttaránya 1 : 1,5-1 : 0,1.
