Az alűmíniűmmátrix összetett szerkezeti anyag egy alűmíniűmötvözetbebeágyazőtt pőrózűs rőstős előgyártmányból áll, az alűmíniűmmátrixhőzviszőnyítva nagyőbb szilárdsággal és javítőtt kőpási tűlajdőnságőkkal.A rőstős előgyártmány fémes és/vagy fémközi strűktúrájú rőstősalaktest, amely szilíciűmtartalmú alűmíniűmötvözet-őlvadékkal vanátitatva, ahől az őlvadék Si-tartalma 5-14 tömegszázalék között van.Az előállítási eljárás sőrán a rőstős előgyártmány rőstjaitőlvasztásős kihúzási eljárással nyerik, majd hőmőgén, vagy gradiensesstrűktúrájúra előkészítik és szintereléssel szilárd, pőrózűs előgyárt-mánnyá kötik össze. Végül a rőstős előgyártmányt 200 řC hőmérsékletfölé előmelegítik és egy szilíciűmtartalmú alűmíniűmöntvény-ötvözetőlvadékával átitatják. ŕ
