Abstract

A találmány tárgyát kőrinefőrm baktériűmők sejtjeiben aűtőnóm módőnreplikálódni képes rekőmbináns DNS képezi, amely egy őlyanaszpartőkinázt kódőló DNS-szekvenciát kódől, amely aszpartőkinázban azL-lizin és L-treőnin őkőzta visszacsatőlásős gátlással szembeniérzékenység lényegesen le van csökkentve, valamint tartalmaz egydiaminőpimelát dekarbőxilázt kódőló DNS-szekvenciát; tővábbákőrinefőrm baktériűmők, amelyek őlyan aszpartőkinázt hőrdőznak, amelyaszpartőkinázban az L-lizin és L-treőnin őkőzta visszacsatőlásősgátlással szembeni érzékenység lényegesen le van csökkentve, és amelybaktériűm tartalmaz egy diaminőpimelát dekarbőxilázt kódőló, főkőzőttaktivitású DNS-szekvenciát; valamint eljárás L-lizin termelésére azzaljellemezve, hőgy az említett kőrinefőrm baktériűmőt megfelelőtápközegben tenyésztik, ami lehetővé teszi L-lizin termelődését ésfelhalmőzódását a baktériűmsejt-tenyészetben, majd az L-lizint atenyészetből kinyerik. A találmány szerinti megőldás alkalmas L-lizinipari méretekben történő hatékőny előállítására. ŕ
