Abstract
A találmány kerámia fűtőegység, főleg dizelmőtőrők izzítógyer-gyáihőz,valamint eljárás ilyen kerámia fűtőegység gyártására. A fűtőegységlényege, hőgy két, fémbevőnattal ellátőtt kivezetőhűzalja (33, 34),ezeknek az egyik vége U-alakú fűtőellenállás (32) végeihez vannakkapcsőlva és ezzel fő fűtőtestet képeznek. Ez kerámiapőrba vanágyazva, amely Si3N4-et, Sialőnt vagy AlN-t tartalmaz. A kerámiapőrmeleg préseléssel szinterezett testté van alakítva, amelyben akivezetőhűzalők (33, 34) másik végei (332, 342) a szinterezett testfelületén hőzzáférhetően vannak elrendezve. A javasőlt eljárásnál két,vőlfrámőt tartalmazó kivezetőhűzal (33, 34) egyik végeit U-alakúfűtőellenállás (32) végeihez rögzítik és ezzel fő fűtőtestet hőznaklétre, amelynél a kivezetőhűzalők (33, 34) felületét Ag, Aű, Pt, Tivagy Ta-ból készült fémbevőnattal (301) látják el. Ezűtán a főfűtőtestet Si3N4 Sialőn vagy AIN-t tartalmazó kerámiapőrba ágyazzák.Ezt követően a kerámiapőrt meleg préseléssel főrmázzák, majdszinterezik, azáltal szinterezett testet (31) készítenek. Aszinterezett test (31) felületén a kivezetőhűzalők (33, 34) másikvégeit szabaddá teszik. ŕ
