Abstract

A találmány tárgya eljárás (1 ) képletű latanoproszt előállítására,amelynek során egy (5) általános képletű vegyületet (7) általánosképletű vegyületté alakítanak át, amelyet katalizátor jelenlétébenhidrogéneznek, így (9) általános képletű vegyületet kapnak, amelyet -50 °C és +50 °C közötti hőmérsékleten diizobutil-alumínium-hidriddelredukálnak, majd a kapott reakciókeveréket bázisos körülmények közötthidrolizálják, így (11) általános képletű vegyületet állítanak elő,amelyet (1) képletű latanoproszttá alakítanak át, a képletekben R1 ésR2 helyettesítők egyikének jelentése arilkarbonil-csoport, és a másikjelentése arilkarbonil-, acil-, trialkilszilil-, dialkilarilszilil-,1-alkoxialkil-csoport, helyettesítetlen vagy alkilcsoporttalhelyettesített tetrahidro-2H-piran-2-ilvagy tetrahidrofuran-2-il-csoport és R3 jelentése hidrogénatom, amikor R1 jelentése acilcsoportés R3 jelentése R1 jelentésével azonos, amikor trialkilszilil-,dialkilarilszilil-, 1-alkoxialkil-csoport, helyettesítetlen vagyalkilcsoporttal helyettesített tetrahidro-2H-piran-2-il- vagytetrahidrofuran-2-il-csoport; R4 jelentése hidrogénatom, amikor R2jelentése acilcsoport, R4 és jelentése R2-vel azonos, amikortrialkilszilil-, dialkilarilszilil-, 1-alkoxialkil-csoport,helyettesítetlen vagy alkilcsoporttal helyettesített tetrahidro-2H-piran-2-il- vagy tetrahidrofuran-2-il-csoport.
