Abstract

A találmány gyógyszerészeti hatóanyagokat tartalmazó, gyorsandiszpergálódó tabletta készítményre vonatkozik, amelytablettakészítmény tömörített granulátumokból álló szerkezettelrendelkezik; a granulátumok egy gyógyszerhatóanyagot a következőanyagok kombinációjával együtt tartalmazzák: egy viaszos anyag és egyerős édesítőszer és/vagy egy ízálcázó szer, egy, a xilit, mannit,maltodextrin vagy szorbit közül kiválasztott, illetve ezekkombinációjából álló gyógyászatilag elfogadható vivőanyag, és adottesetben egy ízesítőszer és egy dezintegráns; a granulátumok akövetkező extragranuláris komponensekkel együtt egy tablettaformávávannak összetömörítve: egy dezintegráns, egy édesítőszer és/vagyízálcázó szer, és egy, a xilit, mannit, maltodextrin vagy szorbitközül kiválasztott, illetve ezek kombinációjából álló gyógyászatilagelfogadható vivőanyag. A találmány kiterjed a fenti tablettakészítményelőállítási eljárására is, amelynek során A ízálcázott granulákotállítanak elő oly módon, hogy (i) összekevernek legalább egygyógyszerészeti hatóanyagot egy vagy több, a következők közülkiválasztott gyó- gyászatilag elfogadható vivőanyaggal: xilit,közvetlenül préselhető mannit, maltodextrin vagy szorbit; egy viaszosanyag; egy erős édesítőszer vagy ízálcázó szer; és adott esetben egydezintegráns és egy ízesítőszer; és (ii) az (i) lépés szerintikeveréket száraz granulálással (például hagyományos szárazgranulálással vagy hengerléses tömörítéssel), őrléssel és szitálássalelőkészítik a préseléshez; és B gyorsan diszpergálódó tablettákatállítanak elő oly módon, hogy (iii) a (ii) lépés szerinti terméketösszekeverik további, a következőkből álló gyógyászatilag elfogadhatóvivőanyagokkal: xilit, mannit, maltodextrin vagy szorbit; és adottesetben ízesítő szerrel, édesítőszerrel/ízálcázó szerrel ésdezintegránssal; és (iv) a (iii) lépés szerinti keveréket tablettákkápréselik.
