Claims (8)

  1. Szabadalmi igénypontok
    1. Eljárás az (I) általános képletű 6,6-etilén- 45 15,16-metilén-3-oxo-17a-pregn-4-én-21,17-karbolakton-származékok - a képletben
    R, jelentése hidrogénatom, vagy metilcsoport,
    R2 jelentése metil- vagy etilcsoport; az 1,2-helyzetben egyes vagy kettős kötés, a 15,16- 50 helyzetben β- vagy α-térállású metilén-híd van jelen - előállítására, azzal jellemezve, hogy egy általános képletű 15,16-metilén-3-oxo-17a-pregn-4-én-21,17karbolakton-származékot - a képletben
    R, és R2 jelentése a fentiekben az (I) általános 55 képletnél megadottakkal azonos és a 15,16-metiléncsoport a- vagy β-térállású 3,5-dién-3-aminná alakítunk, azt formaldehiddel reagáltatjuk, miközben a 4-én-3-oxo-rendszert is visszaállítjuk, majd a 6a-(hidroxi-metil)-szárma- 60 zékból hidrogén-kloriddal 6-metilén-származékot, vagy egy tozil- vagy mezil-halogeniddel toziloxivagy meziloxi-származékot képezünk és a kapott intermedierek bármelyikét trimetil-szulfoxóniumjodiddal 6,6-etilén-származékká alakítjuk és kívánt 65 esetben diklór-diciano-benzokinonnal kialakítjuk a Δ1 kettős kötést.
  2. 2. Az 1. igénypont szerinti eljárás 6,6-etilén15β, 16β-πΐ6ΐί1έη-3-οχο-17a-pregn-4-én-21,17karbolakton előállítására, azzal jellemezve, hogy kiindulási anyagként 15β,16β-Γηεη1έη-3-οχο-17αpregn-4-én-21,17-karbolaktont alkalmazunk.
  3. 3. Az 1. igénypont szerinti eljárás 6,6-etilén150,16β-Γηείί1έη-3-οχο-17a-pregna-1,4-dién-21,17karbolakton előállítására, azzal jellemezve, hogy kiindulási anyagként 15|í,^-metilén-3-oxo-17apregn-4-én-21,17-karbolaktont alkalmazunk, majd a Δ1 kettőskötést kialakítjuk.
  4. 4. Az 1. igénypont szerinti eljárás 6,6-etilén15α, 16a-metilén-3-oxo-17a-pregn-4-én-21,17karbolakton előállítására, azzal jellemezve, hogy kiindulási anyagként 15α, 16a-metilén-3-oxo-17apregn-4-én-21,17-karbolak,tont alkalmazunk.
  5. 5. Az 1. igénypont szerinti eljárás 6,6-etilén15α, 16a-metilén-3-oxo-17a-pregn-1,4-dién-21,17karbolakton előállítására, azzal jellemezve, hogy kiindulási anyagként 15a,16a-metilén-3-oxo-17a-61
    192 291 pregn-4-én-21,17-karbolaktont alkalmazunk, majd a Δ1 kettős kötést kialakítjuk.
  6. 6. Az 1. igénypont szerinti eljárás 6,6-etilén-18metil-15 β, 16p-metilén-3-oxo-19-nor-17 a-pregn-4én-21,17-karbolakton előállítására, azzal jellemez- 5 ve, hogy kiindulási anyagként 18-metil-15ü,16Pmetilén-3-οχο-19-nor-17a-pregn-4-én-21,17karbolaktont alkalmazunk.
  7. 7. Az 1. igénypont szerinti eljárás 6,6-etilén15β, 16P-metilén-3-oxo-19-nor-17a-pregn-4-én- 10
    21,17-karbolakton előállítására, azzal jellemezve, hogy kiindulási anyagként 15p,16p-metilén-19nor-3-oxo-17a-pregn-4-én-21,17-karbolaktont alkalmazunk.
  8. 8. Eljárás gyógyszerkészítmények előállítására, azzal jellemezve, hogy valamely, az 1. igénypont szerint előállított (I) általános képletű vegyületet a képletben
    R, jelentése hidrogénatom vagy metilcsoport;
    R2 jelentése metil- vagy etilcsoport; az 1,2-helyzetben egyes vagy kettős kötés, a 15,16helyzetben β- vagy α-térállású metilén-híd van jelen - a gyógyszerek készítésénél szokásosan használt hordozókkal, hígítókkal, ízesítőszerekkel és/vagy egyéb segédanyagokkal kombinálva, gyógyszerré készítünk ki.
