Abstract
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen verbesserten Stator fuer einspindelige Schraubenpumpen. Im Sinne der Erfindung besitzt der Stator Huelsenabschnitte, deren Aussenteil aus einem kombinierten Material aus Metall und Elastomer hergestellt ist und der ueber eine gewisse Starrheit verfuegt, so dass nach Einfuehren des aus Huelsenabschnitten in entsprechender Laenge zusammengestellten Stators in einer Metallhuelse ein beliebiger Gegendruck aufgebracht werden kann. Nach einem weiteren Merkmal der Erfindung ist der Hohlraum, der entsprechend der Gewindesteigung des Huelsenabschnittes verlaeuft, an eine Differentialpumpe angeschlossen, die v. dem im Druckraum der Pumpe herrschenden Druck gesteuert wird. Durch diesen automatisch aufgebrachten Druck wird das im Huelsenabschnitt vorhandene Gewindeprofil deformiert und ein Verschleiss an der Innenkontur korrigiert bzw. ausgeglichen.
