Claims (15)

1. Postupak obrade ploče od polivinil-klorida (PVC), naznačen time što se sastoji u sljedećim koracima, danim redoslijedom: - osiguravanja PVC ploče; - zagrijavanja PVC ploče u peći do najmanje 70 °C; - hlađenja zagrijane ploče, gdje se ploča hladi na kontrolirani način, i to uz gradijent hlađenja od 5 °C/min do 15 °C/min prosječno.
2. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što se ploča grije barem do temperature staklišta, a poželjno do najmanje 75 °C, poželjno do najmanje 79 °C, poželjnije do najmanje 81 °C, još poželjnije do najmanje 85 °C, pri čemu se ploča može držati na minimalnoj temperaturi u trajanju od najmanje 3 minute, poželjnije najmanje 5 minuta, a najpoželjnije najmanje 10 minuta, pri čemu se ploča može grijati uz gradijent zagrijavanja od 2 °C/min do 20 °C/min prosječno, poželjno od 4 °C/min do 15 °C/min prosječno; poželjnije od 6 °C/min do 12 °C/min prosječno, a najpoželjnije od 7 °C/min do 10 °C/min prosječno; pri čemu se ploča može, poželjno u hlađenoj peći, hladiti na kontrolirani način, i to uz gradijent hlađenja od 7 °C/min do 12 °/min prosječno, a najpoželjnije od 8 °C/min do 10 °C/min prosječno.
3. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se PVC ploča vodi kroz peć na transportnom uređaju, a peć je kontinuirana peć, pri čemu se hlađenje zagrijane ploče može provoditi u kontinuiranoj peći.
4. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se na PVC ploču prije ili nakon toplinske obrade primijeni PVC film debljine od 0,04 do 0,2 mm.
5. Panel, osobito zidni, stropni ili podni panel, naznačen time što se sastoji od ploče od polivinil-klorida (12), obrađene postupkom u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 4, i filma (17) pričvršćenog na nju, gdje je film (17) PVC film debljine od 0,04 do 0,2 mm i sadrži ukrasni uzorak (18) izravno otisnut na nju, a na PVC film se primijeni sloj stvrdnutog polimera (19).
6. Panel u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 5, naznačen time što sloj polimera (19) ima gradijent tvrdoće, tako da se tvrdoća sloja polimera u biti kontinuirano smanjuje s povećanjem dubine, gledano od površine sloja polimera, pri čemu tinta za otiskivanje upotrijebljena za otiskivanje ukrasnog uzorka (18) može sadržati otapalo, a poželjno je tinta za UV otiskivanje, pri čemu tinta za otiskivanje može sadržati polimerizirajući akrilat i/ili N-vinilkaprolaktam,
7. Panel u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 6, naznačen time što tinta upotrijebljena za otiskivanje ukrasnog uzorka (18) sadrži polimerizirajući akrilat i N-vinilkaprolaktam u težinskom udjelu (%) od 2 do 50, poželjnije 5 do 40, a najpoželjnije 10 do 30, u tinti za otiskivanje.
8. Panel u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva 5 do 7, naznačen time što se tinta za otiskivanje i sloj polimera stvrdnjavaju zajedno, poželjno zračenjem, pri čemu se ukrasni uzorak (18) izborno primjenjuje digitalnim otiskivanjem, pri čemu PVC film može imati debljinu od 0,05 do 0,15 mm, poželjnije od 0,06 do 0,095 mm, pri čemu PVC ploča (12) može imati debljinu između 3 i 20 mm, poželjno između 4 i 15 mm, poželjnije između 3 i 12 mm, a najpoželjnije između 4 i 10 mm, pri čemu PVC film (17) može primjenjivati sloj koji sadrži UV inicijator, pri čemu sloj koji sadrži UV inicijator (14) može imati gramaturu između 1 i 15 g/m2, poželjno gramaturu između 1,5 i 10 g/m2, osobito poželjno gramaturu između 2 i 5 g/m2.
9. Panel ili postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačeni time što je PVC ploča (12) ekstrudirana PVC ploča.
10. Panel u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva 5 do 9, naznačen time što se PVC film (17) zalijepi ili toplinski zavari na ploču, pri čemu se u sloj polimera dodaju čestice otporne na trenje, gdje čestice otporne na trenje poželjno imaju prosječni promjer od 10 do 150 µm, poželjno 20 do 80 µm, poželjnije 25 do 70 µm, a osobito poželjno od 30 do 60 µm, a dodatno je poželjno da se sastoje od korunda.
11. Panel u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva 5 do 10, naznačen time što se sloj polimera (19) bazira na jednom ili više sljedećih akrilata: 1,6-heksandioldiakrilatu, poliesterskom akrilatu, esteru poliuretana s akrilnom kiselinom i dipropilen-glikol-diakrilatu.
12. Panel u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva 5 do 11, naznačen time što, osim ukrasnog uzorka (18) na PVC filmu (17), nema dodatnih ukrasnih slojeva, a osobito nema ukrasnih papira ili ukrasnih filmova.
13. Postupak proizvodnje panela, osobito zidnog, stropnog ili podnog panela, naznačen time što se sastoji u sljedećim koracima: provođenju postupka u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 4, gdje se PVC film debljine od 0,04 do 0,2 mm prije ili nakon toplinske obrade primijeni na PVC ploču; otiskivanju ukrasnog uzorka izravno na PVC film; primjeni barem prvog sloja polimera na PVC film; i stvrdnjavanju sloja polimera.
14. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 13, naznačen time što se drugi tekući sloj polimera primijeni na još mokar prvi sloj polimera, tako da dođe do djelomičnog miješanja slojeva polimera, a slojevi polimera se stvrdnu zajedno, tako da stvrdnuti konačni sloj polimera ima gradijent tvrdoće, gdje se tvrdoća obloge smanjuje s povećanjem dubine, gledano od površine dobivene obloge, pri čemu se zagrijani kalendar može upotrijebiti za primjenu PVC filma na takav način da se PVC film toplinski zavari s nosivom pločom, pri čemu se ukrasni uzorak može biti izravno otisnut na PVC film digitalnim otiskivanjem, pri čemu PVC film može imati debljinu od 0,05 do 0,15 mm, poželjnije od 0,06 do 0,095 mm.
15. Panel ili postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva 5 do 14, naznačeni time što izravno otisnut ukrasni uzorak oponaša drvenu, kamenu ili površinu keramičke pločice, pri čemu ploča od polivinil- klorida (12) poželjno ne sadrži plastifikatorc, pri čemu se ploča od polivinil-klorida (12) može sastojati od tvrdog PVC-a (PVC-U).
