Claims (23)

1. Postupak za pripremanje vodene otopine koja sadrži barem jedan zemnoalkalijski hidrogenkarbonat, te postupak sadrži korake: a) osiguravanje vode, b) osiguravanje barem jedne tvari koja sadrži barem jedan zemnoalkalijski karbonat i proizvoljno barem jedan zemnoalkalijski hidroksid u maloj količini u odnosu na zemnoalkalijski karbonat, te je barem jedna tvar u suhom obliku ili u vodenom obliku, c) osiguravanje CO2, d) miješanje ili: (i) vode iz koraka a), barem jedne tvari koja sadrži barem jedan zemnoalkalijski karbonat i proizvoljno barem jedan zemnoalkalijski hidroksid iz koraka b) i CO2 iz koraka c), ili (ii) vode iz koraka a) i barem jedne tvari koja sadrži barem jedan zemnoalkalijski karbonat i proizvoljno barem jedan zemnoalkalijski hidroksid iz koraka b) kako bi se dobila alkalna vodena suspenzija barem jedne tvari koja sadrži barem jedan zemnoalkalijski karbonat i proizvoljno barem jedan zemnoalkalijski hidroksid, te naknadno miješanje alkalne vodene suspenzije s CO2 iz koraka c) kako bi se dobila rezultirajuća suspenzija S koja ima pH od između 6 i 9, nastala suspenzija S sadrži čestice, e) filtriranje barem dijela nastale suspenzije S pomoću prolaska barem dijela nastale suspenzije S kroz uređaj za filtriranje kako bi se dobila vodena otopina koja sadrži barem jedan zemnoalkalijski hidrogenkarbonat, pri čemu vodena otopina koja je dobivena nakon filtriranja ima vrijednost zamućenosti manju od 1 NTU i ima koncentraciju kalcija, kao kalcijevog karbonata, od 50 do 650 mg/l, f) podvrgavanje barem dijela ili svih čestica nastale suspenzije S koraku dijeljenja čestica, pri čemu se korak f) odvija prije i/ili usporedno sa i/ili nakon koraka e), te se mljevene čestice iz koraka f) recirkuliraju natrag u korak d), pri čemu čestice nastale suspenzije S koje su dobivene u koraku d) imaju ukupnu specifičnu površinu (SSAtotal) koja je barem 1000 m2/toni nastale suspenzije S, te pri čemu nastala suspenzija S koja se dobiva u koraku d) ima sadržaj krutih tvari u rasponu od 1 do 35 tež.%, bazirano na ukupnoj masi nastale suspenzije S, pod uvjetom da se dodavanje CO2 iz koraka c) ne odvija prije dodavanja barem jedne tvari koja sadrži barem jedan zemnoalkalijski karbonat i proizvoljno barem jedan zemnoalkalijski hidroksid iz koraka b), pri čemu barem jedna tvar koja sadrži barem jedan zemnoalkalijski karbonat i proizvoljno barem jedan zemnoalkalijski hidroksid iz koraka b) ima ponderiranu srednju vrijednost promjera čestica (d50) u rasponu od 0.1 µm do 1 mm, i pri čemu je korak dijeljenja čestica f) korak mljevenja i/ili korak drobljenja, te naznačen time da barem jedna tvar koja sadrži barem jedan zemnoalkalijski karbonat i proizvoljno barem jedan zemnoalkalijski hidroksid iz koraka b) je odabrana iz skupine koju čine mramor, vapnenac, kreda, polužareno vapno, žareno vapno, dolomitični vapnenac, vapnenački dolomit, polužareni dolomit, žareni dolomit, te istaloženi kalcijev karbonat.
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da čestice nastale suspenzije S imaju ukupnu specifičnu površinu (SSAtotal) koja je u rasponu od 5 000 - 5 000 000 m2/toni nastale suspenzije S, poželjno u rasponu od 10 000 - 5 000 000 m2/toni nastale suspenzije S, i poželjnije u rasponu od 70 000 - 500 000 m2/toni nastale suspenzije S.
3. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time da barem jedna tvar koja sadrži barem jedan zemnoalkalijski karbonat i proizvoljno barem jedan zemnoalkalijski hidroksid iz koraka b) ima ponderiranu srednju vrijednost promjera čestica (d50) u rasponu od 0.7 µm do 100 µm.
4. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time da barem jedna tvar koja sadrži barem jedan zemnoalkalijski karbonat i proizvoljno barem jedan zemnoalkalijski hidroksid iz koraka b) ima specifičnu površinu (SSA) u rasponu od 0.01 do 200 m2/g, te poželjno u rasponu od 1 do 100 m2/g.
5. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time da barem jedna tvar koja sadrži barem jedan zemnoalkalijski karbonat i proizvoljno barem jedan zemnoalkalijski hidroksid iz koraka b) ima netopiv sadržaj klorovodične kiseline (HCl) od 0.02 do 90 tež.%, poželjno od 0.05 do 15 tež.%, bazirano na ukupnoj masi suhe tvari.
6. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačen time da nastala suspenzija S koja se dobiva u koraku d) ima sadržaj krutih tvari u rasponu od 3 do 35 tež.%, poželjnije u rasponu od 5 do 35 tež.%, bazirano na ukupnoj masi nastale suspenzije S.
7. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačen time da se voda iz koraka a) odabire od destilirane vode, vode iz slavine, desalinizirane vode, boćate vode, obrađene otpadne vode ili prirodne vode kao što su podzemne vode, površinske vode ili oborine.
8. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačen time da se CO2 iz koraka c) odabire od plinovitog ugljikovog dioksida, tekućeg ugljikovog dioksida, krutog ugljikovog dioksida ili plinovite smjese ugljikovog dioksida i barem jedan drugi plin, te je poželjno plinoviti ugljikov dioksid.
9. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 8, naznačen time da je količina upotrijebljenog CO2, u mol, za dobivanje 1 mol barem jednog zemnoalkalijskog hidrogenkarbonata u vodenoj otopini u rasponu od 0.5 do 4 mol, poželjno u rasponu od 0.5 do 2.5 mol, poželjnije u rasponu od 0.5 do 1.0 mol, te najpoželjnije u rasponu od 0.5 do 0.65 mol.
10. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 9, naznačen time da korak dijeljenja čestica f) je korak mljevenja.
11. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 10, naznačen time da vodena otopina koja sadrži barem jedan zemnoalkalijski hidrogenkarbonat i koja se dobiva u koraku e) ima tvrdoću 5 do 130 °dH, poželjno od 10 do 60 °dH, najpoželjnije od 15 do 50 °dH.
12. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 11, naznačen time da vodena otopina koja sadrži barem jedan zemnoalkalijski hidrogenkarbonat i koja se dobiva u koraku e) ima pH u rasponu od 6.5 do 9, poželjno u rasponu od 6.7 do 7.9, te najpoželjnije u rasponu od 6.9 do 7.7, kod 20°C.
13. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 12, naznačen time da vodena otopina koja sadrži barem jedan zemnoalkalijski hidrogenkarbonat i koja se dobiva u koraku e) ima koncentraciju kalcija, kao kalcijevog karbonata, od 70 do 630 mg/l.
14. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 13, naznačen time da vodena otopina koja sadrži barem jedan zemnoalkalijski hidrogenkarbonat koja se dobiva u koraku e) ima koncentraciju magnezija, kao magnezijevog karbonata, od 1 do 200 mg/l, poželjno od 2 do 150 mg/l, te najpoželjnije od 3 do 125 mg/l.
15. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 14, naznačen time da vodena otopina koja sadrži barem jedan zemnoalkalijski hidrogenkarbonat koja se dobiva u koraku e) ima vrijednost zamućenosti nižu od 0.5 NTU, te poželjno nižu od 0.3 NTU.
16. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 15, naznačen time da se barem korak d) provodi kod temperature koja je u rasponu od 5 do 55°C, te poželjno u rasponu od 20 do 45°C.
17. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 16, naznačen time da je kontinuirani proces.
18. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 16, naznačen time da uređaj za filtriranje iz koraka e) je membranski filter, te poželjno cijevni membranski filter s veličinom pora od između 0.02 µm i 0.2 µm.
19. Uporaba vodene otopine koja sadrži barem jedan zemnoalkalijski hidrogenkarbonat dobiven postupkom prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 18 naznačena time da je za proizvodnju istaloženog zemnoalkalijskog karbonata i/ili hidromagnezita, te naročito za proizvodnju istaloženog kalcijevog karbonata i/ili hidromagnezita.
20. Uporaba vodene otopine koja sadrži barem jedan zemnoalkalijski hidrogenkarbonat dobiven postupkom prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 18 naznačena time da je za mineralizaciju vode.
21. Postupak za mineralizaciju vode naznačen time da sadrži slijedeće korake: I) osiguravanje dovoda vode, II) osiguravanje vodene otopine koja sadrži barem jedan zemnoalkalijski hidrogenkarbonat dobiven postupkom prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 18, te III) miješanje dovedene vode iz koraka I) i vodene otopine koja sadrži barem jedan zemnoalkalijski hidrogenkarbonat iz koraka II) kako bi se dobila mineralizirana voda.
22. Postupak prema zahtjevu 21, naznačen time da vodena otopina koja sadrži barem jedan zemnoalkalijski hidrogenkarbonat iz koraka II) ima tvrdoću koja je barem 3 °dH, te poželjno barem 5 °dH veća od tvrdoće napojne vode iz koraka I).
23. Postupak prema zahtjevu 21 ili 22, naznačen time da vodena otopina koja sadrži barem jedan zemnoalkalijski hidrogenkarbonat iz koraka II) ima tvrdoću od barem 15 °dH.
