Claims (18)
1. Postupak proizvodnje farmaceutskog proizvoda (3000), naznačen time što se sastoji u:
osiguravanju više nosivih supstrata (1000);
osiguravanju doze farmaceutski aktivnog sredstva (2000) za svaki od navedenih više nosivih supstrata (1000);
stalnom pomicanju navedenih više nosivih supstrata (1000) u određenom smjeru; i
izdavanju navedene doze aktivnog sredstva (2000) iz modula za izdavanje (420) na svaki od navedenih više nosivih supstrata (1000) dok se navedenih više nosivih supstrata (1000) stalno pomiču u navedenom smjeru, a modul za izdavanje (420) se pomiče u smjeru poprečnom u odnosu na smjer pomicanja nosivih supstrata (1000) za vrijeme izdavanja doze sredstva (2000).
2. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što se izdaje doza aktivnog sredstva (2000) za vrijeme pomicanja modula za izdavanje (420) duž osi x i y.
3. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 2, naznačen time što modul za izdavanje (420) koji se pomiče u obliku slova X provodi korak izdavanja.
4. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, 2 ili 3, naznačen time što se provodi korak kontroliranja kvalitete farmaceutskog proizvoda dok se navedenih više nosivih supstrata (1000) stalno pomiču u navedenom smjeru.
5. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se navedeno izdavanje navedene doze aktivnog sredstva (2000) na svaki od navedenih više nosivih supstrata (1000) provodi vibriranjem.
6. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se navedeno aktivno sredstvo (2000) izdaje u obliku kapi tekućine (2100) na supstrate (1000) koji su tablete, a navedena doza aktivnog sredstva (2000) se suši na svakom od navedenih više nosivih supstrata (1000).
7. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se preko navedene doze aktivnog sredstva (2000) na svakom od navedenih više nosivih supstrata (1000) stavlja obloga (2300) i/ili se na svaki od navedenih više nosivih supstrata (1000) stavlja identifikacijski biljeg.
8. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se:
određuje količinu navedene doze aktivnog sredstva (2000) koju odnosi svaki od navedenih više nosivih supstrata (1000);
navedeni više nosivih supstrata (1000) stalno pomiču u navedenom smjeru za vrijeme određivanja navedene količine navedene doze aktivnog sredstva (2000) koju odnosi svaki od navedenih više nosivih supstrata (1000).
9. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 8, naznačen time što se na svakom od navedenih više nosivih supstrata (1000) provodi spektroskopija kako bi se odredilo navedenu količinu navedene doze aktivnog sredstva (2000) koju odnosi svaki od navedenih više nosivih supstrata (1000).
10. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 9, naznačen time što se provodi kemijsko vizualiziranje navedenom spektroskopijom detektorskim čipom u žarišnoj ravnini.
11. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 8, naznačen time što se:
određuje navedenu količinu navedene doze aktivnog sredstva (2000) koju odnosi svaki od navedenih više nosivih supstrata (1000) optičkom profilometrijom;
navedeni više nosivih supstrata (1000) stalno pomiču u navedenom smjeru za vrijeme provođenja navedene optičke profilometrije.
12. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se:
određuje količinu navedene doze aktivnog sredstva (2000) koju će se izdati na svaki od navedenih više nosivih supstrata (1000) prije izdavanja navedene doze aktivnog sredstva (2000);
navedeni više nosivih supstrata (1000) stalno pomiču u navedenom smjeru za vrijeme određivanja navedene količine navedene doze aktivnog sredstva (2000) koju će se izdati na svaki od navedenih više nosivih supstrata (1000).
13. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 12, naznačen time što se:
snima sliku kapi (2100) navedene doze aktivnog sredstva (2000) koju će se izdati na svaki od navedenih više nosivih supstrata (1000), gdje se navedenu sliku navedene kapi (2100) snima u letu;
određuje navedenu količinu navedene doze aktivnog sredstva (2000) koju će se izdati na svaki od navedenih više nosivih supstrata (1000) na osnovu, u najmanju ruku dijelom, navedene slike navedene kapi (2100).
14. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se:
snima prvu sliku svakog od navedenih više nosivih supstrata (1000), nakon što se navedenu dozu aktivnog sredstva (2000) izda na njega;
određuje položaj navedene doze aktivnog sredstva (2000) na svakom od navedenih više nosivih supstrata (1000) na osnovi navedene prve slike;
svaki od navedenih više nosivih supstrata (1000) stalno pomiče u navedenom smjeru za vrijeme snimanja navedene prve slike.
15. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se:
snima drugu sliku svakog od navedenih više nosivih supstrata (1000), prije izdavanja navedene doze aktivnog sredstva (2000) na svaki od navedenih više nosivih supstrata (1000);
pregledava svaki od navedenih više nosivih supstrata (1000) na osnovi navedene druge slike.
16. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 12, naznačen time što se navedeno izdavanje navedene doze aktivnog sredstva (2000) prati u stvarnom vremenu kako bi se odredilo navedenu količinu navedene doze aktivnog sredstva (2000) koju će se izdati na svaki od navedenih više nosivih supstrata (1000).
17. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 16, naznačen time što se podešava navedenu količinu navedene doze aktivnog sredstva (2000) koju će se izdati na svaki od navedenih više nosivih supstrata (1000), na osnovu, u najmanju ruku dijelom, navedenog praćenja u stvarnom vremenu.
18. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 16, naznačen time što se podešava položaj navedene doze aktivnog sredstva (2000) koju će se izdati na svaki od navedenih više nosivih supstrata (1000), na osnovu, u najmanju ruku dijelom, navedenog praćenja u stvarnom vremenu.
