Claims (19)

1. Postupak za stabilizaciju vodenih pripravaka minerala u smislu unutra sadržanih mikroba pomoću dodatka reuterina u vodeni pripravak, gdje su vodeni pripravci minerala vodene disperzije, suspenzije ili muljevi netopljivih minerala u vodenom mediju te imaju sadržaj krutina od 40 do 85 wt.-% od ukupne mase pripravka.
2. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da su minerali izabrani iz skupine koja sadrži prirodne minerale, sintetičke minerale, punila ili pigmente kao što su prirodni kalcij karbonat suhe ili mokre zemlje, poput krede, vapnenca, kalcita, mramora i dolomita; istaloženi kalcij karbonat u njegovoj aragonitskom, kalcitskom ili vateritskom obliku; kalcij sulfat; kvare; atapulgit; gline poput kaolina, kaolinitske gline, kalcinirane kaolinitske gline i montmorilonita; tinjac; talk; dijatomejsku zemlju; fino razdvojenu siliku; aluminij oksid; aluminij hidroksid; silikate poput aluminij silikata; željezo oksid; titanij dioksid; plavac; sepiolit, te njihove smjese kao i kompozitne materijale koji sadrže jednu ili više od prethodno navedenih tvari, npr. pigmentni kompoziti uključujući istaloženi kalcij karbonat, tinjac, titanij dioksid; kao i površinski tretirane materijale koji sadrže jednu ili više od prethodno navedenih tvari, npr. materijali tretirani masnim kiselinama, kao i kalcij karbonat, koji je površinski reagiran, npr. sa srednje jakom do jakom kiselinom; te njihove smjese.
3. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 ili 2, naznačen time da je vodeni pripravak disperzija kalcij karbonata koja sadrži istaloženi kalcij karbonat i pri čemu se reuterin dodaje prije, tijekom i/ili nakon taloženja kalcij karbonata.
4. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da je vodeni pripravak disperzija kalcij karbonata koja sadrži prirodni kalcij karbonat i pri čemu se reuterin dodaje prije, tijekom i/ili nakon mljevenja kalcij karbonata.
5. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da vodeni pripravak ima sadržaj krutine od 45 do 82 wt.-%, posebno od 70 do 80 wt.-%, naročito od 72 do 78 wt.-%, npr. 75.-% od ukupne mase pripravka.
6. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da vodeni pripravak ima sadržaj vode od 15 do 60 wt.-%, poželjnije od 18 do 55 wt.-%, posebno od 20 do 30 wt.-%, naročito od 22 do 28 wt.-%, npr. 25 wt.-% od ukupne mase pripravka.
7. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da vodeni pripravak ima pH u rasponu od oko iznad 7 do 10.5, poželjno od 8.5 do 10, npr. 9 do 9.5, mjereno pri 25°C.
8. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da je reuterin dobiven iz reakcije glicerola sa Lactobacillus reuteri.
9. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da reuterin sadrži monomerni 3-hidroksipropionaldehid, hidratirani monomerni 3-hidroksipropionaldehid, dimerni 3-hidroksipropionaldehid, ili njihove cikličke oblike ili njihove smjese.
10. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da se reuterin dodaje u vodeni pripravak u količini zasnovanoj na masi vode od oko 100 do 5000 ppm, poželjno od oko 200 do 2000 ppm, još poželjnije od oko 450 do 1000 ppm, npr. 495 ili 990 PPm.
11. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da se reuterin dodaje u vodeni mineralni pripravak pri temperaturama od 10 do 90°C, poželjno 20 do 60°C, npr. 30°C.
12. Uporaba reuterina za stabilizaciju vodenih pripravaka minerala u smislu mikroba, gdje su vodeni pripravci minerala vodene disperzije, suspenzije ili muljevi netopljivih minerala u vodenom mediju i imaju sadržaj krutina od 40 do 85 wt.-% od ukupne mase pripravka.
13. Uporaba prema zahtjevu 11, naznačena time da su minerali izabrani iz skupine koja sadrži prirodne minerale, sintetičke minerale, punila ili pigmente kao što su prirodni kalcij karbonat suhe ili mokre zemlje, poput krede, vapnenca, kalcita, mramora i dolomita; istaloženi kalcij karbonat u njegovoj aragonitskom, kalcitskom ili vateritskom obliku; kalcij sulfat; kvare; atapulgit; gline poput kaolina, kaolinitske gline, kalcinirane kaolinitske gline i montmorilonita; tinjac; talk; dijatomejsku zemlju; fino razdvojenu siliku; aluminij oksid; aluminij hidroksid; silikate poput aluminij silikata; željezo oksid; titanij dioksid; plavac; sepiolit, te njihove smjese kao i kompozitne materijale koji sadrže jednu ili više od prethodno navedenih tvari, npr. pigmentni kompoziti uključujući istaloženi kalcij karbonat, tinjac, titanij dioksid; kao i površinski tretirane materijale koji sadrže jednu ili više od prethodno navedenih tvari, npr. materijali tretirani masnim kiselinama, kao i kalcij karbonat, koji je površinski reagiran, npr. sa srednje jakom do jakom kiselinom; te njihove smjese.
14. Uporaba prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 12 do 13, naznačena time da vodeni pripravak ima sadržaj krutine od 45 do 82 wt.-%, posebno od 70 do 80 wt.-%, naročito od 72 do 78 wt.-%, npr. 75.-% od ukupne mase pripravka.
15. Uporaba prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 12 do 14, naznačena time da vodeni pripravak ima sadržaj vode od 15 do 60 wt.-%, poželjnije od 18 do 55 wt.-%, posebno od 20 do 30 wt.-%, naročito od 22 do 28 wt.-%, npr. 25 wt.-% od ukupne mase pripravka.
16. Uporaba prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 12 do 15, naznačena time da vodeni pripravak ima pH u rasponu od oko iznad 7 do 10.5, poželjno od 8.5 do 10, npr. 9 do 9.5, mjereno pri 25°C.
17. Uporaba prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 12 do 16, naznačena time da se reuterin dodaje u vodeni pripravak u količini zasnovanoj na masi vode od oko 100 do 5000 ppm, poželjno od oko 200 do 2000 ppm, još poželjnije od oko 450 do 1000 ppm, npr. 495 ili 990 PPm.
18. Uporaba prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 12 do 17, naznačena time da se reuterin dodaje u vodeni mineralni pripravak pri temperaturama od 10 do 90°C, poželjno 20 do 60°C, npr. 30°C.
19. Vodeni pripravak koji sadrži minerale i reuterin, gdje je vodeni pripravak vodena disperzija, suspenzija ili mulj koji sadrži netopljive minerale u vodenom mediju i reuterin te ima sadržaj krutina od 40 do 85 wt.-% od ukupne mase pripravka.
