Stabilizing wheels 46 mounted on cranked arms 45 pivoted at 44 are operated by links 50 and arms 49 so that they may be raised or lowered from the driver's position. The wheels 13, 16 may be associated with conventional shock absorbers 22, 21 or the front may be supported on a pair of wheels each rotatable on its vertical axis for steering and both mounted on a common member resiliently connected to the vehicle.
