A flexible coupling comprises resilient metal links 4 pivoted to components 1, 2 at points spaced around a circle coaxial with the components. The links may be laminated, and may increase in thickness at their extremities, where they are mounted on pivot pins 5, by means of laminµ 4<SP>1</SP> of successively decreasing length. A disc 6 having apertures closely fitting the driving pins 5 and loosely surrounding the driven pins 5 may be provided to take up the drive in the event of failure of the links 4.
