840,428. Ventilating. MAJOR, A. K. July 5, 1957 [April 5, 1956], No. 10485/56. Class 137. Air adjacent the lower part of the inner surface of the rear window of a vehicle flows out by way of a hollow part of the vehicle provided for some other purpose and located below the rear window. As shown, air near rear window 2 can pass through closable apertures 6 into luggage boot 3 and thence out of the vehicle. According to the Provisional Specification the apertures may be located in the lower margin of the window or in its frame.
