Class 44 A resilient clip of sheet material, e.g. spring steel, comprises a U-shaped part 12 with prongs 15, 16 pressed inwardly from limb 13 and pointing towards web 11, limb 13 being extended and bent back at 17 to overlie web 11. Part 12 engages a stud 24, e.g. extending from the wall of a radio cabinet, and is locked by the prongs. The end 18 of part 17 is sprung over a plate 22, e.g. a radio chassis, to secure it against web 11.
