[Also in Division E2] A spring clip for securing, for example cables to beams, comprises a back portion B and a pair of arms C, D, each having a pair of tongues 12, 13 and 14, 15 struck therefrom and projecting inwardly towards the back portion B and adapted to grip a mounting member therebetween, and a band struck from one of the arms of the clip for securing elements to be supported from the mounting member. As shown, the band forms a pressed-out socket portion 17 to receive a rod element, the arm C, being formed also with a depression 22, a slit 19 and a gripping tongue 29. The arm D is formed with a tongue 30 and a depression 23 the latter having thread-engaging or threadforming apertures 24, 25 (not shown), for attachment of screwed supporting elements.
