Abstract

807,352. Transformers. BRITISH THOMSON-HOUSTON CO. Ltd. June 19, 1957 [July 6, 1956], No. 21051/56. Class 38 (2). In order that a large laminated transformer core may be easily transportable a top yoke 1c is removable and sections 2 of a bottom yoke are withdrawable upwards between legs 1b of the core. The sections 2 comprise packets of laminations which interleave with the remaining laminations in the core. The laminations are secured by bolts.
