An electroplating jig comprises a. rod or frame 10 of electrically conducting material having arms 11 ... 14 extending therefrom to support articles, each arm having a resilient coil or loop 15, e.g. integral with the arm, having an internal diameter or arc of curvature such that it will tightly engage the rod 10. The rod 10 and arms 11 ... 14 are of steel, aluminium, copper, brass, phosphor-bronze or an aluminium alloy and may have a protective coating, e.g. of polythene, except where metal contact is necessary for electrical conduction. The coil or loop 15 may be intermediate the ends of the arm, and may be a separate member attached to the arm.
