665,590. Stoppers. SODERBERGH, E. M. Dec. 14, 1949. No. 32034/49. Class 125(iii). A stopper has a rubber sealing ring e disposed between clamping elements f and b which is expanded into sealing contact with the neck of a bottle by screwing down the knob a on the thread of a screw d integral with or secured to the lower clamping element f. A retaining washer c is provided to hold the clamping elements f and b and the ring e together when the knob a is removed from the screw d.
