640,758. Cycle driving-mechanism. CHARLESWORTH, J. Aug. 3, 1948, No. 20447. [Class 136 (ii)] In a cycle driving mechanism the drive from the rear wheel sprocket 1 is transmitted to the road wheel 3 through the medium of a lever 5 attached by one extremity to a disc 4 secured to the sprocket and connected by its other extremity to one end of a further lever 8, the other end of the lever 8 being secured to a spoke 9 of the wheel, and the further lever 8 being in line with the spoke to which it is secured and in contact with the wheel hub 11 at a point 12 along its length.
