Abstract

606,804. Frequency modulation. SPERRY GYROSCOPE CO., Inc. Jan. 29, 1943, No. 2308/45. Convention date, Jan. 29, 1942. Divided out of 606,794, [Group XL (a)]. Drawings to Specification. [Class 40 (v)] [Also in Group XL (a)] The output from a velocity-modulated reflex oscillator of the kind described in Specification 535,767 is modulated in frequency by applying' intelligence signals to the reflector electrode. The reflector may be coated with secondaryemissive material and operated at a potential about mid-way between the cathode and the resonator. Specification 606,794, [Group XL (a)], and U.S.A. Specification 2,245,627 also are referred to.
